Lovely hotel. Amazing room.

Large clean . All good

I booked a suite and while the view was amazing, unfortunately nothing else met expectations. We had to wait 30 minutes just to get breakfast, and on the first day we were told that breakfast included only one drink. The next day, we were suddenly told that breakfast was not included at all, and I was charged nearly $100. The room itself was also disappointing. The sofa was smelly, dirty, and sunken in the middle, making it impossible to sit on. For a suite, this is completely unacceptable. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. All the staff, from reception, restaurant and bar staff and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful. The Grain restaurant is a standout, bettering most of the top tier restaurants in Launceston for quality, innovation and value. All in all, Peppers Silo is a hotel I would highly recommend and definitely will be our go to hotel in Launceston.

Just amazing!

Exceptional staff and fantastic room with a view of the Tamar River. Was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant with quality meals presented.

Nice place for over night stay

Good location and nice river views from our large room. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Lovely rooms

Large, comfortable room and friendly staff in a slightly odd building. Location is across the river from town, but it’s a short walk through a lovely park and playground to reach the waterside eatery district. No cheap eats nearby; the on-site restaurant is pricey but excellent.

Stunning property in every way.

Place another luggage space on the other side of the bed, there is plenty of room and well 2 people have 2 bags usally - like that there was one at least which is a true issue I find with hotels that forget that people have luggage, and don't unpack the bag, but take from the bag so this is rare and valued.
