We stayed 2 nights motel is very conveniently located in heart of Nelson Bay, 1 minute drive to Golf Course, motel clean and tidy had everything we needed, little dated but for the price perfect......can't fault it will be back for another trip..would recommend to those who are looking for convenient location.

Great position near a park and a few minutes walk to shops and marina. Each room has a small balcony off a sliding door. All usual motel room features. While were there reception wasn't open. We received an advanced text with room code. Daily room service provided. Just be aware the driveway to the carpark under the rooms is quite steep so take it very slowly if you drive a car. SUV type vehicle would be OK.

Was a good little motel in the process of refurbishment. It was in good clean condition and serviced all our requirements. Parking, security and close to Nelson Bay centre of town and beaches. Price was excellent. Not luxury but real good value.

The rooms are dated but for the price over Christmas was great. The room is clean and the bed sheets lovely and crisp. Loved the park area and seat on the hill next to the hotel for a quite time overlooking the bay.

She ain’t flash by any means. But the service was fantastic. The room was clean. The pillows and bed comfy. For the price it was great. Head down the stairs towards the waterfront. 8 mins walk to marina!

Staff was available and we could park our car after check out for 1,5h more. That was great. However we found a big cockroach in the room and later on many smaller ones. although we have reported it we did not get another room or any compensation.after our stay we had to check our bags to make sure we did not take any cockroach with us. Altogether our stay was disappointing

It is a basic motel, but has everything you need for a short stay: a nice hostess at the reception, clean room with microwave, tea/coffee facilities, cutlery and fridge. It was nice to have keyless entry to the room, so not to carry keys around. It is a quite location, but motel is on the hill. It is about 5-7 minutes walk downhill to the marina and beach.

Was fine for what it was, the location was AMAZING! The bathroom could use some serious upgrading...there was rust and stuff around but all in all it was fine for a short stay. Bed was comfortable. One downside was that they were short by 2 car park spaces so if you get back late, you might not have a place to park. There is a gravel parking area behind the motel you can use, but that was pretty full too, only fit because I had a small car.

In 7 weeks of travel, it is by far the worst motel we have staid in. The reception was cold and unfriendly. The room was smelly and hot as the AC wasn’t working. There was a bug on my bed and we were scare of walking barefoot. There was a guess that started screeming in the late evening, he was slamming doors and making a racquet for an hour. The staff didn’t do anything. Again, by far the worst motel/hotel out of around 40 motels/hotels. Avoid this location!!!!!

Rooms are desperately small. But.... it is a very short walk into the marina and town and this redeems it. Outside areas need a good clean and pool furniture needs replacing urgently.
