Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park

Great stay. Staff were very nice and room was great. Bed was very comfortable.

The bed mattress for an executive suite was pretty ordinary...the pillows were hardly there and the tissue box was empty!

We stayed here to attend a concert at Qudos arena. It was extremely convenient for that purpose, but there was not much around in terms of food locations and things to do.

Check in was a little tedious and we were not advised of the executive club benefits or we could wait in the lounge until our room was ready. Parking not to much of a hassle but expensive. Room was large and comfortable, air con not so much effective in the bedroom . Furniture looking a little tired . Bathroom was huge , however the shower screen door was bot great to stop the bathroom floor having a huge run off . Was strange to have a clear glass door for the toilet would make more sense for the door to be frosted. However the bed itself just magic. Executive lounge comfortable had adequate beverages and canapés in the evening . Breakfast was served excellent . Over all a lovely hotel lacking some of the Pullman touches that the cabin is known for.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, easy accessibility to arenas around.

This hotel is most definitely not a 5-star hotel! It is probably scraping to be a 4. Some staff are friendly but others are very aloof. We checked-in and the two staff- evening GM and another young man, were friendly and helpful. We got to our room on the 13th floor and there was a horrid pungent smell when we got off lifts- either a chemical or very bad mildew/mould. Our room was right next to lifts and luckily smell was only mild in the room. Beds are needing replacement- saggy in middle. Towels were stained and shabby. Bathroom floor needed a good mopping. The pros are it is very convenient for SOPAC. Not sure it’s worth the price though- it was nearly empty and still priced at peak rates.

Great place to stay

Did not like not being able to control the suite temperature; it was too warm for a comfortable sleep, even without blanket or sheet.

This hotel is right in the heart of Homebush. We stayed there to go to the United Cup. The rooms are large and comfortable. The only small complaint was the shower did not have a strong flow.

We booked a double room but upon checking in, they advised us we had been down graded, offered a discount . It wasn’t suitable for us 2 adults 2 children. After we let them know- then told we had a room available. It was stressful as I was suffering anxiety and it was a lot for me.

Everything was excellent however they don’t accept cash anywhere therefore I will never return.

Clean and tidy, room was spacious, staff where all lovely the lobby bar had a nice atmosphere would definitely stay agin

Stayed here when visiting Sydney to see Coldplay.. what a great venue. Saved waiting on public transport after an event that hosted in excess of 80,000 people. ❤️❤️
