Great stay staff friendly and very helpful and pleasant 👍 could not of been more helpful Just 1 sml thing water pressure was terrible in the shower needs fixing

Staff were excellent as always. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice. Excellent location if attending any of the sporting events at Olympic Park.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was very comfy, staff were extremely helpful and location was perfect with all amenities so convenient. everything was so good about this hotel.

I stay at this hotel regularly and consistently enjoy my visits. The service and overall experience are usually excellent, which is why I continue to return. However, I wanted to bring a recent dining experience to your attention. On Tuesday evening, I dined with colleagues and ordered the spatchcock. Unfortunately, after taking one bite, it was clear to both myself and my two colleagues that the dish was off. The smell was quite noticeable at the table. I chose not to make a scene, but did discreetly ask a staff member to remove the dish. As the meal was added to my colleague’s bill, I’m unsure whether it was ultimately charged. What stood out most was that there was no follow-up or explanation from the kitchen or staff during or after the meal. This experience won’t affect my decision to return or recommend the hotel, as my stays have otherwise been very positive. I simply wanted to raise this for your awareness.

We have stayed at the Olympic Park Pullman around Easter for many years now, this year was the best experience of staying at the Pullman have had. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant, our room was very clean and comfortable, food we ordered from room service arrived quickly and was excellent.

For a hotel of this standard, there were some letdown areas. Shower head wouldn’t stay up, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and while there were plenty of staff in the restaurant, the service was slow and lacking experience around what was/wasn’t offered at the hotel.

All staff greeted during stay, assisted with baggage and parking on arrival and departures making it a smooth check-in & out. Clean, luxurious bedding, with a delicious breakfast with everything you could possible ask for. Will definitely be our pick for future stays!

Only stayed one night but the location is amazing, room was very clean and a good size. Would definitely stay again for events in Sydney Olympic Park
