me and Family absolutely enjoyed the stay , dont miss the facilities.my kid had fun.i will come back again.

Staff were absolutely lovely, room was clean & comfortable. In room spa bath was a bit of a letdown compared to everything else but generally happy with our weekend away.

Our stay was excellent. The only thing quite mentioning was that I booked two rooms at the same time under the same surname as we are travelling as a family. I however, was unable to request for a connected room during booking so was surprised during check in when they mentioned that they usually provide the connecting rooms for same bookings especially under the same name anyway. We were quite excited by this idea only to find out after a few minutes that this was not the case, and we were placed in 2 different wings. They did their best to place us in the same floor at least, which was still good.

We enjoyed a lovely night's stay. Had dinner in the Bar and breakfast included the next morning - lovely buffet. All staff were exceptionally helpful. Hope to visit again soon

Great location - don’t even think about dining here though, overpriced food and drinks and the food seemed like it was 7/11 quality. The pizza that we ordered was a supermarket cardboard special…customer service in the dining area was terrible.Room was totally fine.

Excellent views of the golf course. Our room was nicely made up. Very clean bathroom, nice teas and coffee’s available.

My husband and I only stayed one night , so didn’t get to see the restaurant’s and surrounding grounds, as it was late in the day when we arrived and we left early the next morning. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay , the room was spacious and clean and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice Hotel with scenic outlook and great facilities

Check in was a little disappointing. Original 3rd floor room replaced with 2nd floor even though paid extra for upgrade. Champagne wasn't in room for the surprise arrival or bags. Apparently in level 3 room. So took the ambience & celebration out of the special event. One can not take back the memory. Was very disappointed in receptions attitude as well, even when tipped. Made it to new room only to have to go down to ask about champas. No apology just excuse of other room had an issue of maintenance. Rather disappointing customer service. Wouldn't happen at Torquay resort. Staff laughed at me when I left after attempting to convoy my disappointment. Room was lovely but overlooked carpark instead of forest with hotel well under capacity. Food was divine. Bar staff perfect as was cleaners. Grounds staff friendly. Breakfast buffet delicious. Pool & gym clean. Games room was fab. Most likely wont stay here again though.
