Staff were so friendly and accomodating. Very welcoming at check in and happy to assist in any way. Hotel had a really nice vibe (reminded me of NY) finishings in the room could do with a slight upgrade but bes was super comfy and room very spacious.

Stayed in a 2bdrm suite. Spacious and bathrooms are conveniently attached to each bedroom . You can close off both bedrooms. The master ensuite is smaller than the 2nd bedroom ensuite. Housekeeping was great each day at an early hour. Stayed Thurs to Mon, the Sunday night was very noisy with roadworks till at least 2am which was unfortunate as impacted sleep before travel home, we were on the 9th floor. Breakfast buffet was standard, plenty of choice, no barista coffee. Close to everything and walking distance to Melb Central shopping. Overall hotel a bit dated but cleanliness is more important to me. Didn't use pool or gym. Would stay here again if I could secure a good deal.

This is a great little spot, easy walking to the theater district and lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
