Stayed in Apartment lower levels. Great view. Noisy at times with street noise if balcony doors open. Apartment clean and tidy. Bed comfortable. Pillows soft. Shower good. Could have a couple more towels. Pool great except it was 32 degrees. Cooler a few days later. Central to everything in Broadbeach. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Washer, dryer and dishwasher. Full size fridge and microwave. Easy on site parking.

Love the closeness to the beach and boardwalk. Quiet part of the GC and lots of dining options. Our room was facing south east and had a great view

We had a great stay at the Talisman. Perfect location in Broadbeach with restaurants, grocery stores, clubs, beaches and shopping in the area. The apartment had everything we needed with beautiful views of both the beach and mountains. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to return next year.

Had a lovely stay at the Talisman. It’s all about the location as it’s right across from the beach and an easy walk to all the shopping and dining in Broadbeach. It’s an older building but is very well maintained and looked after. Our apartment was nicely renovated and had everything you need. Beds were good. Disappointing that we couldn’t find a recycle bin just a 10 cent container bin but there were recycle bins across the road in the park.
Sofas had electric recline functions which were disabled so that left the impression they were hand me downs from another property. Well worth paying for the superior ocean view as the view is fantastic.

The maintenance on the unit was poor, in particular the wind out windows were all broken and could not be opened or closed properly. During inclement weather water entered in places and clothes pegs were used to stop the windows rattling. Also some of the knobs on the kitchen cabinets were missing. Some cleaning items such as brooms & mops were missing.

Beautiful beach view. Older style property freshened up with new carpets and furniture that made it feel clean and bright. Only down side was one aircon in the living area which didn't get down to the bedroom. Not so perfect in summer. If nit for the air con i would give a 10/10

great location and view. good size rooms. Terrible to block off part of a flat, and should give 3 times as many towels. Lots of signs for washing and fees to cut costs. Comes across as cheap, when the place is really good. Took the edge off and positions the place lower than it should be.

This property is right on the beach near the patrolled swimming area. The view of the ocean from the room was exceptional.
Close to restaurants supermarket and tram stop very walkable distance.
The apartment was spacious with modern furniture.
