The Astor Apartments

One bedroom deluxe was very spacious. The staff member at check in was really nice. Unit could have been cleaner, lots of streaks in the kitchen (where they had obviously wiped), oven had afoul on trays that had crumbs, toilet bowel had not been cleaned thoroughly, a few hairs in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. Location very quiet and accessible to the city. There is a nearby church that rang their bell ALOT over the weekend. Thank goodness the apartment is pretty sound proof. Complementary parking was great.

Everything there I needed, and a very convenient location and easy to find and get to. I was very annoyed when the sign in the office said "back in 15 minutes" he wasn't and responded immediately when I phoned But I got a $129 parking fine for overstaying the 10 minutes. He was never going to be back in 15 minutes. Change that sign!!!!!

The apartment was clean and had a lot of space. A quiet room and easy check-in process. Well located. The apparent was dated and bed pretty average to sleep in.

Shower and bathroom cleanliness was not great, laundry was horrible, lift to access room smelt like urine so badly. Bedroom, loungeroom and kitchen were good.

My Family and i stayed here and i wouod have too say its the most layed back accommodation ive stayed in hands down nothing was a problem i communicated with reception and anything i needed theyy went above and beyond to help My family agreed we will definately be back soon Hats off too the Astor Apartments and how its ran ! Keep up the good vibes ✨️

Clean room, kitchen facilities work well and left clean

Company failed to honor booking and said we do not have a reservation despite having confirmation numbers and messages from them about how the check in upon arrival. They left us on the street with no where to stay and has not refunded the money as promised.

Clean room, friendly staff

The room did not have towels when we arrived and the white tiles in the shower were yellow and the bathroom smelled musty. Overall, it is a convenient location, and the room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable.

We loved the spacious apartment, all the facilities we need. The late checkin process was smooth and the communication was excellent. Thank you.

As advertised. No dramas with check in, parking, cleanliness or check out. Just make sure the blinds are down correctly in the bedroom or the sun creaks through early in the morning. It is nothing too special but the location was awesome for our trip. Fair apartment for a fair price. Would happily return.

The room was very clean and much more spacious than I had expected. The pool was a very welcome feature in Brisbane's hot and humid summer!

Very clean apartment with everything required for family stay. Good location.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room had clean sheets but unfortunately most of the cleanliness stopped there. The room I was in had a few visible cockroaches, mould and the bathroom could do with a really deep clean not just a wipe over. Leather couches are very worn, all furniture has age and wear marks. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Felt very much like it was a “that will do” when the furnishings were chosen. It’s not that I wouldn’t recommend this place but for the price you can get something a lot nicer with responsive building managers. The residents who live there are lovely though. Bottom line, if it’s on special, it’s a nice big apartment. But for full price you can get something cleaner and nicer even just across the road at the Punthill or Mantra. The Cafe “Jak and Hill” across the road serves amazing food!
