Great location and rooms seem to be renovated. Reception staff were amazing and so helpful and kind. Housekeeping staff were knocking and starting to come in to service the room before i checked out. I tried calling out to them that im still in the room. They didnt hear me so i had to get out of bed to open the door before they djd to let them know i was still sleeping and in the room. Other than that it was a great stay

Perhaps because stay was overnight would suggest why the room was small without wardrobe. Suggest that mugs might be offered instead of small cups which you had to wait to cool down when filled with tea or coffee.
Staff were friendly but, unfortunately, checked in the same day as a system update which made everything a bit disjointed.
Suggest better lighting in the lifts.

The hotel is centrally located, very comfortable, well furnished rooms with king beds and good air con. Unfortunately no exhaust fan in bathroom, a mini fridge which doesn’t cool down enough to store food and incredibly tight parking next door. If you drive an SUV you’ll find it’s almost impossible to unpack the car and manoeuvre around.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Chinatown. Soooo much food to choose from.
Close to train, trams etc.
Room was neat n tidy. Very small but commensurate to rate. Basic facilities.
No maintenance over Anzac weekend which really is unaffordable for service needs.
Couldnt find location as arrived in dark and there is no lighting outside on the street so maybe this could be addressed

Excellent location for exploring Sydney city and China town, very walkable with lots of dining options. All the basics you need for a comfortable stay is in the room. We stayed on the second floor (same level as reception) - unfortunately it was very noisy which disturbed our sleep. Pillow choices also not fantastic (bed is great).

Beautiful and very clean hotel but it’s very much style over substance. The mattresses were the worst we ever slept on and the pillows were so high we all woke up with sore necks. Also no storage space whatsoever which is a shame as the staff were all great and hotel itself is nice and in good location.
