Great overnight stay for concert with family, large twin room/studio compared other properties in area. Good facilities and great pool!

Lovely and helpful staff, beautiful rooms and great service in maintaining rooms. Although there was the initial mess with the hotel saying they were overbooked and the Wotif reservation was incorrectly made, staff did what they could to find us a room at nil extra cost

The room smelt of mould in Room 511. We wanted to open the windows to air the rokm but it was extremely noisy. The staff were nice and the overall facilities were good but it seemed like our room hadnt been used in a long time. Such a shame.

This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade, damage within the rooms was everywhere, from chunks out of the walls to thread bare carpet. The bed was one of the worst I've ever experienced, very old and saggy, definitely not a comfortable or enjoyable experience.
Accor need to pay attention to this brand and align them with their wider brand offering.

Comfortable, calm space for a 4 day stay. However, the ‘kitchenette’ was incredibly poorly stocked and unworkable. Really, no different than any hotel with bar fridge and microwave. There were no containers to use to heat/ cook in micro and had to request 2nd coffee cup. If these shortcomings were alleviated it would be excellent

Only one drinking glass, dust on kitchen shelves, rang reception and call went straight to 000. Carport roof at veranda height is literally inviting thieves or worse to step off roof onto veranda and check if doors are open. Vending machine gave wrong drinks, no ice. Overall poor standard for price.

The standard room was very spacious so didn’t make you feel claustrophobic.
The tea and coffee supplies were sparse in kitchenette. The kitchen had one glass and very few pieces of crockery, with no restaurant that was an issue when preparing a heat up meal when we stayed in to eat.
There were no extra blankets in our room.
The pool which we did not use looked amazing.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.
The lifts weren't working and no one from reception came to help as a group of people stood in the foyer.
I paid for 2 nights parking, however upon reading the slip I was given, parking spots were not guaranteed so I paid extra in parking around the hotel when there were no spots inside available which was very disappointing. As I had 3 small children with me this was very upsetting to not have the security of a park. I would not book here again due to this reason.

Car park lots were mostly for small cats so it was a challenge to park the car. The veneer on the door trim for the fridge was broken. There should be international TV channels, not just free to air.

A lovely place to stay. Unfortunately one of the main highlights for me would have been the pool but it was under maintenance when we actually stayed. Not much I could do about that. Super helpful staff when i asked about anything.
