Very well designed studio room. Very quiet. Restaurant serves an awesome breakfast & coffee.
Would like to see a dedicated elevator for the hotel staff. It could be a long wait when the housekeeping staff was going to their floors w/ the carts.
More hooks & towel racks needed in the bathroom if you’re participating in the towel reuse program.

We stayed a week and found the hotel staff were friendly and helpful cleaners were very friendly and attentive tge pool area very clean it was an amazing place to stay and i will be booking there again centrsl to all areas thankyou to the staff at the olsen

Property was great. We stayed new years and the hotel was full and an elevator was down and couldnt be repaired due to no fault of the hotel. The staff did the very best they could and even though the hotel was overwhelmed we still managed to get checked in early and a late check out. Loved the lolly station in the lobby and the balcony on the room. Gorgeous hotel.

Nice room but the noise from doors were a little annoying. Room service was amazing food was perfect. I would love to see more options on the menu. Over all it was lovely

Convenient to be near our daughter’s apartments .
What I didn’t like was having to pay extra for things on the breakfast menu !!
Also pictures deceiving on the pool as it looks a lot bigger , also it showed there was a jacuzzi but guessing that was just for penthouse !

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and a good size for the four of us. The location was excellent for the tram/train and there is plenty going on around the hotel.
The pool was lovely and had plenty of towels.
Things that need improving:
The storage for clothes was minimal.
When arriving at the hotel there was no available parking (this is advertised as being available)
When you get out of the pool there is no changing room, so we had to go back to the room wrapped in towels.
To extend the room for a late check out was very expensive.

There was no parking available and if it was the car could not be moved once parked. The area does not have adequate parking upon arrival told car park is full find something yourself. Poor service hotel is tired and noisy as room was next to a sports field and residential apartments
