Room service menu was offline and there was no back-up paper version. Super annoying that listings say that self parking is available, but don't list the price ($25) Also pretty annoying that open air car parking is the same price as undercover car parking. Rooms are starting to look very tired, from when I stayed here 4 years ago. Reception staff were pretty helpful.

Second time visitor to this hotel. This time I was woken by construction noise, had a tv that wasn’t working, and air conditioning switching off because the power was switched to a time limit. Overall a disappointing experience

The air conditioner didn't work for about 5 hours. The shower drain was blocked and there wasn't enough drainage, making the whole shower a slip and trip risk. The toilet didn't flush properly. The shampoo / conditioner, bodywash / handwash had a strange, mouldy smell. One room service Chocolate Milkshake cost $26. They charge like they are 5 stars, but the Junior Suite (which was supposed to be one of the nicer rooms) was not pleasant. Parking was a problem. The secure parking left many people "parked in", as guests parked in non-parking areas. The pool is accessible via a driveway, so you have to walk through a car park to get to it - not ideal for couples, singles or families. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the Roof Top Bar had lovely views (if a limited menu). My advice is to visit the Roof Top Bar for drinks or a meal, but skip staying here.

Unfortunately our stay this time was not satisfactory, the venue is currently under renovation and even after up selling us the breakfast we were disappointed that there was no mention of the redevelopment and the facilities being replaced with mediocre substitutes. The construction zone has also taken over at least a 5th of the available parking area which meant we stayed in once we had a carpark! Another unfortunate was the lack of choice for room service and what we received was beyond ridiculous for the price we were asked to pay! We have stayed here on numerous occasions but this time there was not much joy even staff were complacent and limited!
