We had a full kitchen with a grocery store right downstairs which was great, however there were not enough utensils to properly prepare a meal. Overall it was a great experience.

The room was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet.
We only stayed for one night, but it was clear that the accommodation would have been fairly comfortable for a longer stay.
The small kitchen area had (very) basic utensils, but may have been fine for making rudimentary snacks/breakfasts.
Local restaurants, bars, and supermarket were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The area was safe and relatively quiet, with many small parks and walking paths easy to access.
One complaint was the unhelpful placement of the TV which, was placed in a position that made it difficult/uncomfortable to watch from the bed or from small dining table in the room. A swivel TV mount would have resolved this issue.

Unfortunately the couch was stained, doona also. Some of the cutlery hadn't been cleaned and there was a bad smell. I hope they can improve housekeeping. It seemed like they had not checked the room properly. The air-conditioning looked like it hadn't been serviced for a long time and was not working properly. The staff were nice and we were only there for one night but it was a disappointing stay.

I liked that you provided us enough towels, plates, bowls and kitchenware. You should provide a cleaning bowl and chopping board.

The building is very nice and new. I booked the apartment so I could cook my own food for my health needs. The kitchen had crappy pots and pans. Old, stained and ugly. The kitchen needs more utensils and pots and new pots and pans for those who want to cook. There's only one AC in the loungeroom. No AC in the bedrooms.

it was very tidy, the only thing i didn't like was the blinds they need block out blinds and blinds that go all the way to the edge of the windows they all had gaps and let the daylight in while sleeping.

We arrived early as my daughter in law had had an accident and was on crutches, the reception staff were very accommodating and let us check in early and changed our car park to right out the front.
Much appreciated, thanks guys.
Very roomy , good amenities, great staff.
