YTI Gardens Hotel is a very good budget hotel. Being an older property, it doesn’t have the elegance of newer establishments but as somewhere to clean up and to sleep after a day out and about, it is amply adequate. It is in an ideal location in the city Centre and it is so close to tram services to everywhere. The staff were all very genuinely pleasant. I would definitely stay at YTI Gardens again. Location, location, location. We chose this hotel for the location & it didn't disappoint. Trams and buses to every destination all a very short walk away. Incredible cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. The hotel is old & tired but we didn't plan to spend our time inside. Beds were comfy, bathroom ok, kitchen facilities handy. Room service daily. Air con. Bit of noise of a night. You get what you pay for. Would stay again.

The location is perfect, very central city. A bit noisy at 6am due to road cleaning outside. Very minimal kitchen utensils, pots almost unusable due to rust. Share Microwave in the laundry room. Room is clean and stuff friendly. I guess you pay for the location.

Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. TV on wall could have been a bigger size. Just given clean towels each day, and bins emptied, the beds were not made. I guess we got what we paid for. Ok but wouldn't stay there again.
