Awesome property, amazing view

an excellent stay close to everything

Opposite the beach, good position, pool not private.

Overall it was okay...nothing spectator. 13th floor. The elevator which was adjacent to the room made a noise like someone playing a french horn....all day and night. The weight room mat should be trashed...its filthy and stained my shirt. Only two dumbbells and the treadmill didn't work. Hot tub and pools were very clean.

Large beautiful three bedroom apartment with full kitchen in 504. Lovely new furnishings. Good view but being higher would have improved it even more. Parking is tight. I saw multiple marks on the walls from cars that had scraped when exiting.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Surfers. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant.

A great hotel, so close to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. The managers are fantastic and go out of their way to help with any assistance required. Thank You, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will see you again hopefully in the near future😊

This was the perfect place to stay as a group with everything we need within walking distance

We booked this property in January of 2024 and in the summer I sent them a message wanting to confirm what the bed situation was like in the place we booked. They responded to me saying "Sorry since that message was sent back in January, that particular sub-penthouse has been removed from our holiday letting pool. Your reservation has been moved to one of our other sub-penthouses." After asking for further clarification of this, they sent me a message saying "When you booked, it was luck of the draw if you got the first one we sent photos of, or this other one." The difference in the two places were VERY different. When we booked the original place, we chose it because it was updated, looked new, looked clean, and was exactly what we wanted. When we were sent pictures of the one they moved us too, it looked dated and not clean. We didn't have a choice to change locations so we stuck with this booking. When arriving at the property, the staff were accommodating and helpful. We were told the air conditioning was broken in the main area and someone would come to fix it. We also requested fans and they gave us one. The place was very dated and we the floors were dirty. The kitchen is dated but has everything you might need minus a baking sheet. It comes with the basics and if you're someone come from Canada.. it says it has a "coffee machine" but it's a french press. Overall, the location was IDEAL and beautiful. Every morning you can watch the whales in the ocean!

You’re basically paying for a view only. Unit furnishings was completely out dated - yellow kitchen -couch and bed suites from the 90’s.. Bedding was dirty and stained, air conditioning didn’t work, fridge smelt mouldy. Paid for a queen bed and received a double - when speaking to concierge their response was “it’s up to the owner” and “wotif advertises the room incorrectly” rather than rectifying the issues. Complained every day we were there with the response of “it’s up to the owner of the property to fix it..” or “someone will come and have a look” with no resolution provided.. A horrible experience considering we are from interstate with an infant who struggled in the heat!!

Couldnt of had a bteer view 10/10 amazing. Super clean spacious. Location perfect. Beach literally across the road. Would definitely stay here again

This place was amazing! Right on the Esplanade with a beautiful ocean view and steps away from everything. I highly recommend this place. What a great value. And the people at the front desk were amazing. If I ever return, I will stay here in a heartbeat.

Great location right in the middle of everything. Room was well appointed and soundproof from outside noise. My only criticism was that the exhaust fan in the toilet and bathroom which did not appear to work. Otherwise my stay was fantastic and will definitely stay here again.

The view absolutely fantastic!!!

The rooms were spacious with plenty of natural light and sea breeze. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was great as was the lift operation - no waiting. We enjoyed a lovely stay and will return
