Intet personale, men Self-check-in var super nemt. Både hvis man har lavet reservation på forhånd eller hvis man vil booke på stedet. Mødte rengøringspersonale ved udtjekning og alle smilede og sagde godmorgen. Det var dejligt. God seng. Dejligt sted for en hurtig nat.

Since this was a fully digital check in experience, it felt frustrating. We also reached out to support by phone and email, but the help and quality of the service was to a minimal.
