The bath tub was a bit high to step in and out of for a shower. It was hard to get used to a half shower door. Staff was excellent, breakfast was great.

There is misinformation about air conditioner in the hotel.
On site it says that rooms have AC.
But when we arrive to hotel and asked that it's little bit hot in room, we got answer that they are not switch on AC in winter. My visit was on Apr 25-27, temperatures were around 25 degrees.
In the desk we were suggested to open windows.
It helped a little with hot, but became noisy even at nights

Very comfortable beds in classically furnished rooms which provide all you require. The planted atrium is beautiful. Fantastic breakfast selection and great hospitality.

Parking for this hotel is underground, beneath a shopping center. You have to park, take an elevator up to the department store, walk through the department store and then onto the street. The hotel is located next to the department store. Very inconvenient if you have luggage. While we had the largest suite at the hotel, it was still not luxurious and I would rate it as a moderate hotel. Breakfast was good, and the staff was courteous, friendly & helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a central position with very friendly staff. Unfortunately heating was set very high and there was no way to turn down the temp in the room. Had to leave windows fully open to let cool air in. Internet was heavily censored and many sites not available. TV did not have any English channels. German only. Ultimately even though staff were lovely, the extreme heat made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and that is the most important thing in a hotel.

I stayed three nights. My single room was fine. It was very hot without heat on so had to open window now and then. Breakfast is expensive (21€) and not great. Stale pastries. Overpriced. Location is the best thing about it. My bathtub drain did not work. The soap is positioned for a shower so you’re outta luck if you prefer a bath. One bath towel.

We booked through Expedia and got an upgrade to our room. We stayed in 304 which was a giant suite with a separate bedroom. To he bat. ,,was fully modernized. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location made it possible to walk everywhere.

The hotel is located in the center of old Graz so we had some problems finding the hotel. Parking is about 2 blocks away. Hotel is wonderful and you can walk to attractions.

A pleasant old style hotel in the perfect location. Bit of a mix up when checking in - did not show a reservation - but the staff dealt with it in a pleasant friendly manner.
Also, Graz is a very nice town with lots of things to do and great food

Great place with classy character in the heart of old-town Graz. Great cocktail bar downstairs. The a/c is set to 22C, but was comfortable fleeting even on the top floor. (The temps were highs in 70s so not as brutal as late July-August can be.) Good service, would return.

Our room was missed for cleaning, the cleaner lied and said we had a sign on the door, then the cleaner told us they had other more important rooms to clean. We were refused towles and toilet paper. We asked the front desk about getting the room cleaned and they said no the cleaner had left. The staff were rude to us and unfriendly. The room was hot. The air conditioner leaked. The fridge didnt work.

This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again.

The hotel is very nice in the center of the pedestrian area in Graz, within a short walking distance to everything. Parking is a bit complicated due to the traffic restrictions of the area but thankfully available.
We stayed in a suite as there were three of us and it had the charm of past opulence with even a piano in the sitting room. The bathroom was clean and fairly spacious Staff was friendly and helpful making reservations and such. Breakfast was nice.

Best location in the city ... right on the main square in the pedestrian shopping area. Lovely room with large bathroom and a view of the landmark clock tower. Fairly priced.
