I enjoyed my stay overall, but my experience with Martha at the front desk was disappointing. Her communication came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked about ironing facilities, I was told that she had over 50 guests to attend to and therefore could not be expected to inform guests about where to iron when checking in. I found this response inappropriate and unhelpful. As a guest, I believe basic information about hotel facilities should be communicated clearly. In contrast, the lady working the night shift on our first evening was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. She took the time to answer questions and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, Martha’s attitude and rushed manner of communication did not reflect the same level of customer service. I hope management addresses this issue, as staff interactions can significantly impact a guest’s overall experience.

The location was excellent, the hotel was very well-maintained, and the room was excellent. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Conveniently located near the central train station in Vienna and clean rooms, but service and bathroom facilities were poor. We had two rooms here. One of the rooms did not come with any shampoo or body wash - the bottles were there but completely empty at check in. There were not enough towels for the guests in our party. There was a large mosquito in the room which we told the staff about, but they shrugged it off. The showers were poorly designed, as other commenters have pointed out, as the tubs are high up and hard to enter and exit. This is a problem for elderly or mobility impaired guests. The single elevator was slow and small. Okay hotel only.

The location is convenient, close to the train station and a subway exit. However, the elevator is small and feels old. The shower room is also very small, and the glass door seals do not close properly, leaving gaps where water can easily spray out. The curtains do not block the light well either, so we were woken up very early in the morning by sunlight coming through the gaps.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was decent. The location is convenient.

The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us some helpful tips since we were there for 3 days! Plus they were professional & friendly. The room was clean and the amenities were perfect!

The hotel had been newly refurbished and was much cheaper than other options. The room was clean and quiet, but the air conditioning wasn't working. Apparently they only run it for certain months of the year which unfortunately wasn't great on an unseasonably warm day!

Nice, clean hotel, comfortable stay. Staff friendly and helpful. 10 min walk from train station and 20 min from state opera.

Best hotel yet of our trip.

Very Large airy quiet room with large modern bathroom. Superb twin beds and pillows. Directly across from 2 grocery stores and choice of cafes. 1 min walk to Südtiroler Platz for U Line 1. From here can walk underground or on sidewalk to Vienna Hbf for OBB Train 10/10 for convenience and comfort . Leisurely walk to Belvedere Palace. Welcoming staff at front desk, 1 elevator, complimentary coffee and tea with kettle in room was a nice bonus. Soundproof windows open. Air Conditioning. Snacks for sale in lobby. Did not take breakfast as cafes close by.

Small room with literally "tiny" single bed.

The bathroom tub is incredibly high making it difficult to get in and out especially for the elderly. The front desk staff is very matter of fact no details provided besides sign here and here’s your key. Essentially lacking in customer service. I would also add hotel has the basics.

the room has glass toilet door; the glass is not even tinted and the light shines through into the room; no phone inside the room, the sink is low and the vanity mirror does not allow to wash the dace; the towels are hanged far from the shower; very poor design.

Helpful receptionists, room was spacious, clean & comfy.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Very convenient for transportation. The area felt safe. The breakfast price was very expensive for what you got.
