The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Parking is available on your own at the back of the property, which is convenient. The room had everything we needed, and the price was very reasonable for the quality offered.
As part of our executive room package, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and also appreciated the small evening dinner served at the Executive Lounge , a nice added touch.
Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value for the price.

A beautiful stay… once you make it past the front desk
The Hilton Vienna Plaza certainly looks the part! The room we had was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a location that makes exploring Vienna a breeze.
And the complementary cheesecake was a nice gesture.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite live up to the setting. Check-in was… memorable. We were given the wrong room number, and the staff seemed more interested in helping the guests who cut in front than the ones patiently waiting. A bold customer service strategy.
And simple requests, like fresh towels, required multiple phone calls
Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, clean, comfortable, and in a great spot. But for a Hilton, you’d expect the hospitality to be as polished as the marble in the lobby.
Would visit again though.
