If you are planning a ski trip to St. Anton, this is where you should plan to stay. Lovely quiet rooms, incredibly friendly staff and owners, great service and great location. Really nice breakfast and tea time included.

This is a great hotel with a very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and spacious with traditional design. The breakfasts every morning are delicious and satisfying with the nicest service. The spa area is very tranquile and relaxing with 3 different saunas included. All our questions and requests were promptly answered and addressed. Staying here and coming back to our room was at many times the most enjoyable part of the day.

We stayed at the Himmlhof on our recent skiing holiday to St Anton. It is a beautiful hotel in a traditional style. The decor is wonderful. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. It is a relaxing hotel, very quiet and calm. I would say that it is more suited to couples rather then families. There is only one thing that I could say to make it even better than it was. And that is it may have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Or if not the room, in the communal area. But this is a minor point in what was a fantastic stay in a fantastic hotel. I would defiantly recommend staying here and hope to return again.

A great Austrian getaway. A bit pricey but the rooms are beautiful and the Sauna and the breakfast are excellent. Since it's a Garni( breakfast only) we would have preferred to have a kitchenette. There are many great places to eat just around the corner, however, so you will not suffer!

Staying at Himmlhof is like coming home. The Penz family who runs the hotel are extremely service minded and thoughtful into every little detail. Breakfasts and afternoon tea are healthy, generous and keep a very high quality. The hotel is meticulously maintained and exudes a typical alpine cosy charm with warm wooden details, high quality fabrics and interior accessories.
