Wonderful stay the the Hotel Secession. Room was very spacious for a family. Hardwood floors are a nice touch -- very clean. Shower was fabulous based on space, pressure, temperature. Staff did a pre-setup for the rollaway bed. Supplied the room with coffee, tea, water, and biscuits. It's very important that the windows were able to open wide this time of year to allow for air flow in the room. Lobby space was inviting and clean. Stored bags before check-in. Front desk staff offered great assistance with luggage, recommendations, city tips, and great service at the bar! All the staff was helpful, nice, and accommodating. Easter treats in the lobby was such a cute touch over the holiday weekend.

The room was good, hotel is clean and a good value. The location is also good. Do know that there is no WiFi and that the shower takes 5 minutes to warm up if you are an early riser.

The hotel was an excellent value for money. The staff at all levels was friendly and helpful. My only negative point is that the buffet breakfasts had available more than one would normally eat, but there was no option to eat a modest breakfast.

Very nice hotel with great shared areas. The rooms were decent, very clean and high maintained. The shower is a little small, but nothing too serious. I must say that the hotel staff is probably the best I've ever encountered - they were always friendly, eager to help, kind and welcoming. The hotel location was good - relatively close to underground station, and a supermarket pretty close by. The area is quite and near some good restaurants. Highly recommended!

After an initial mis-step in not having the correct room reserved (2 separate beds booked and only one bed available) the manager when available found an appropriate room which had 2 beds, was spacious clean and naturally lit, with a view of the neighborhood.

We rented two rooms for five days and enjoyed the stay very much. Staff went above their normal duties to help by lending us the mobile phone charger, ironing board and the iron. In many other places that would not be possible. We slept perfectly well because there was absolutely no noise in the building. Breakfast was very decent and sufficient.
No complaints from us whatsoever.
If we come to Vienna again, we will again select this property.
