Good hotel, but not great. Breakfast was good and staff were just ok.

Very beautiful hotel. Oldest in Vienna. Rainy day but staying inside was ok because hotel was Beautiful.

I had informed the hotel in advance that I have celiac disease its not a lifestyle option but a necessity to have a GF diet. The Celiac options were poor (so only ate breakfast), GF roll was soggy no other option provided (staff didn't seem to understand how to even prepare the rolls adequately) Luckily I brought my own toaster bags & tried to rescue the soggy offerings. No GF biscuit or pastry, for a 4* of this calibre I would have expected a little more effort. I have stayed in many hotels before some provide a small separate area, toaster (bring your own bread etc.) avoid cross contamination gives the celiac confidence. Buffet was ok, day 1 small fruit salad available, after that only canned peaches, (fruit available if you wanted to prepare your own fruit salad), not ideal. Not easy to have an afternoon coffee, snack or drink on the terrace which would be welcome for weary travellers. Toiletry selection poor for a 4* only bodywash and shampoo combined in the shower, for us ladies I would expect shampoo and conditioner at prices paid. Toiletries not replenished when used, perhaps catering more for the business traveller? Towels are a bit tired looking Overall we had a nice stay loved the city of Vienna, hotel was purposeful

Great old world hotel! Excellent staff. I like not being in the city center but close, it’s quieter and lovelier and feels non touristy.

A+ fabulous hotel. Perfect and warm hospitality. Fantastic breakfast. Old world yet cheerful. Love this hotel.

The buffet breakfast was amazing….. staff was nice and amicable. The only thing that you must be mindful of is talking on your phone (speaker mode) late at night. The neighbours will knock on your wall.

This is an older hotel and for the price point was as nice as the 5 star hotel we stayed in. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent. Hotel was clean and very nice

Hotel is lovely, housekeeping is impeccable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Breakfast provided is very nice with fresh fruit and pastries. A big positive is the big bus hop on hop off stop is just across the road.

Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, great room, close to all touristic objectives, awesome all around!

Is a very beautiful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of good healthy choices of food & fruits & salad!! Within walking distance of attractions & transportations. Staffs were nice, helpful & polite! Only thing there wasn’t body lotion in the room or free bottle water.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and in one word—our experience was perfect. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff demonstrated an outstanding commitment to customer service.

My fourth stay here . Historic hotel , oldest in Vienna, full of antiques. Staff very friendly and efficient. Location very accessible by public transport. Tram #2 stops very close to it. Excellent breakfast which changed a bit daily in respect of the hot items. I have previously dined there and the food was good quality I likely will return there again in future

The staff were very nice and the location was excellent. Easy walk to the Danube and City Center. Also the neighborhood it was in was nice to walk around as well. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.
