Welcoming drink was served during check in. The reception lady(name forgotten) was very nice,friendly and with a nice smile. Can feel the hospitality way before we enter our room. The bell boy Dominik V was also very helpful and provide us tips for pastries and dining. Mini bar (2 beer, 2 coke, 1 fanta, 1 manner wafers)was free and topped up everyday! It’s a pity that we didn’t have much time to enjoy that in the hotel. Only negative point is the handle under the shower. The handle corner was square like and you got bruise when hit on it during shower. Overall, highly recommended!

Excellent hotel very close to all the main attractions. Very modern yet they have kept the beauty of the original building. Nice breakfast and free mini-bar, plus a glass of Prosecco at check-in was a big hit. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when in Salzburg.

Lovely Hotel within walking distance of the sites. The room is spacious and modern and very clean. There is however no space for the luggage or drawers for your clothes. A bench by the bed would help.

We had a fantastic stay. It was pretty spot on. Closen to train station, 10 min walk from thenold town, very welcoming staff, good breakfast, huge suite, very clean....we loved staying there.

Fantastic hotel, lovely room and location.

What a fantastic hotel, just lovely. I enjoyed my stay. The room was wonderful, the staff was wonderful. They have a great breakfast buffet. The location was good, right near the Mirabell gardens, and not far from other sites. I would absolutely stay here again if I get back to Salzburg.
