Stayed here for 2 nights. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance to all the sights and public transport.

Excellent front desk came to immediate aid when my daughter fell quite ill from food related infection at another establishment in Vienna. They contacted and arranged a private Dr to assess and treat my daughter on site.
We were thoroughly impressed.
Location great for walking distance to a number of locations. I would rebook here.

The only redeeming quality for this property was their proximity to Belvedere and they had a very nice breakfast. The rooms were tiny and uncomfortable. The worst part was the lack of cooperation and nasty staff specially the bar staff. After 8 pm there are no restaurants in the hotel or anywhere in the neighborhood. We had to buy Burgerking for dinner because nothing else was opened. When we sat the bar to have drinks and our dinner, the bartender kicked us out telling us "go eat in your room". Horrible and nasty.

I was on the 6th floor facing west and the view was magical and I really don't use that word. Spectacular sunsets, lovely gardens, property very clean/comfortable. Staff wonderful/helpful from the breakfast staff to the bartender who let me loiter before my train and was just lovely. Front desk interactions also enjoyable. I was on a 6 week solo trip thru multiple countries and this stay was an absolute highlight. I enjoy being able to open hotel windows and it was cool and quiet and delightful outside.

W recepcji bałagan, przy meldowaniu recepcjonista nie mógł znaleźć naszej rezerwacji. Nawet początkowo twierdził, że rezerwacja była anulowana. Wyjaśnianie i proces zameldowania trwał blisko godzinę. Przy śniadaniu okazało się, że nie jest zaznaczony pobyt z opcją "Śniadanie" i tu też należało sprawę wyjaśnić. Mała część śniadaniowa, trudno o wolny stolik zwłaszcza gdy przychodzą na śniadanie grupy wycieczkowe. Pokoje z opcją "otwartej" łazienki nie są do zaakceptowania. Generalnie hotel powinien pójść do gruntownego remontu albo do wyburzenia, a personel powinien przejść gruntowne szkolenie. A na dokładkę gburowaty barman w hotelowym barze.

I’m still having a hard time believing this was a Hyatt affiliated hotel. The hotel staff and service were well below par. The room and beds were not comfortable. Did I mention the bad service? As a 20 year hotels.com user I got no benefits, NOTHING, zero, not even a bottle of water or a cup of coffee.
