I was pleasantly surprised. This boutique hotel has a nice lobby and common areas. The rooms are beautiful decorated and the small size is good for 1 or 2 people. Close to transportation, U4 line is 4 blocks away and it takes 10 minutes and 2 stops away from Opera. There are no mini fridge or coffee in rooms, but coffee and water are available all day on dining area. Customer service is superb. They all were very nice and welcoming. There are 2 small elevators and a big group arrived during my stay, so I used the wide stairs. However, these need better lighting on upper floors. Breakfast was delicious and vast. I will definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel interior. It’s very chic. The room is very nice and the small one is perfect for 2 people. The location is near by the tram, which in 2 stops it takes you to katplatz close to the Opera. The customer service was superb and the breakfast was vast and delicious, There is no coffee in the room, but you have access to expresso machine at the lobby. The downside is The lack of a small fridge. All Billa and Bipa & smaller shops are close on Sundays so it will be helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

Great location and lovely property. There was one man on reception on check in who wasn’t friendly, I’d gone on the trip to practise my German and upon check was told he had a headache and didn’t want to speak German or help and to just speak English. But he was very rude about it, all the the staff were extremely friendly and nice apart from the one person. The room and the hotel was stunning, however I went with my mum and we had a twin room, the twin room is 2 single beds and are not big enough for the average adult. I’m a 6ft 2 male and didn’t fit on. However the bed itself was very comfy, just not big enough. Other than that really liked the hotel and would stay there again

I am rather uncertain how this was a 4 star hotel. The photos posted on Expedia's website do not look like the rooms at all. The hallways have peeling wall paper and torn carpeting. Our first room had a water leak making the bathroom flood. There are no closets. There is no where to put your bag, so be ready to open it on the floor. There is also no safety deposit box, mini-bar, nor fridge, all items I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Minus the recent construction and updating the place, it’s a convenient place to stay not far from the city center. The staff are nice and accommodating and made sure that a comfortable stay is achieved. I will recommend this place.

Making allowances for the construction (which I was unaware of when I booked), the room was not as advertised and service was slow. Amenities like the gym and sauna were not available for use, I had to ask multiple times for extra hangers, room was very poorly lit and missing a desk lap. The hotel brands as a trendy hotel for music lovers was absolutely not delivered on. No record player or any kind of speakers, no music in the lobby, not even a QR code with playlists. Really disappointed by this place. It had a lot of promise and totally failed to deliver.

Room is not that nice. It looks like they are renovating. I forget which floor I was in but the hallway is creepy reminds me of The Shinning. Shower does not have a sliding door/door, no complimentary water in the room. Breakfast was great. I think the breakfast part was the only thing I liked about my stay here. I forget the frontdesk attendant's name but she was really friendly and awesome.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather frustrating experience. While the accommodations were adequate, the service left much to be desired.
One of the elevators was out of service, and the other took an eternity to arrive. I found myself waiting over 15 minutes every time I needed to use it, which was incredibly inconvenient.
The situation was made worse by the reception staff member, either named Feras or Samem. Unfortunately, he was rude and impolite, showing a complete lack of hospitality. Instead of offering an apology for the elevator issues, he argued back and tried to justify the delays. This is not how one should interact with guests, especially those who have already been inconvenienced.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff. A little courtesy and understanding can go a long way in the hospitality industry, and this hotel fell short in that regard.
