Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate

**Unzumutbare Zimmerzustände – absolut nicht empfehlenswert**
Ich war schockiert über den Zustand meines Zimmers. Der Boden war dreckig, das Badezimmer von Schimmel befallen, stark verkalkt und roch unangenehm muffig. Es war so schlimm, dass ich Plastiktüten um meine Füße wickeln musste, um mich vor möglichen Gesundheitsgefahren zu schützen.
Der Klodeckel wackelte stark, sodass man sich kaum traute, ihn zu benutzen, und das Bett hatte weiße Flecken, deren Herkunft ich lieber nicht wissen möchte. Der gesamte Zustand des Zimmers war unhygienisch und absolut unakzeptabel. Für diesen Zustand den vollen Preis zu verlangen, ist eine Frechheit.
Ich kann dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Am Anfang waren etliche Dinge defekt im Zimmer.
Der Wasserhahn im Bad, das Licht an der Zimmerdecke und einiges Ungeziefer gab es auch.
War über 14 Tage da, es war am Ende ok.
Bahnlinie verläuft hinter dem Hotel...

Da die Ausstattung im Zimmer in schwarz gehalten ist, müsste man mehr Staub wischen inkl. Couch und Bett.
Die Musik, die in Dauerschleife auf dem Flur läuft, könnte während der „Nachtruhe“ leiser gemacht werden bzw. ganz ausgestellt werden. Diese nervt irgendwann.
