Liz at reception was great and really helped us when we arrived early. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the 2 men running the restaurant in the evening. The food there was exceptional. My only issue with the room, was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities, but apart from that it's was excellent and a 5 minute walk from Innsbruck Airport.

I had a short overnight stay with an early flight the next day. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. I think you'll be very content with a stay here. It's a short, easy walk to the main terminal at Innsbruck.

Restaurant served good food from a fairly basic menu.
Staff were all friendly and obliging, allowing a late checkout free of charge.

Met at reception by a charming and smiling receptionist who quickly checked us in. Our room is spacious and has all the amenities you would expect.The only criticism would be the lack of tea/coffee making facilities. I would highly recomend this hotel.

This was such a lovely hotel - especially for an airport hotel. Lovely modern amenities and a spacious room. Not sure there was much going on in bar or restaurant, but that didn’t bother me.
An easy 5 minute walk to the airport, and it you are coming from the city, a €3 bus ride on the F line drops you off across the road. Too easy.
