Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard

The boulevard is beautiful and was very walkable. The level of English spoken at the hotel is not sufficient at all. We had a medical emergency and their only assistance was telling us to go outside and find a cab. They couldn’t even provide hospital advice or direction. As a result we ended up at one that wasn’t open and had to find another cab to a hospital that had an open emergency. Even the requests through housekeeping were difficult

Had a pretty disappointing experience - from a super slow check in through to a sub par room.

Excellent hotel for my business trip. Good location. 15 minute walk into the heart of Baku. Had everything and more

This was a business trip We arranged an event at the hotel, and 5 of us stayed in the same hotel. Hotel covers all the requests sent by our team: gym, breakfast, room service, clean hotel, fantastic location, meeting rooms availability, pool, variety of restaurants, etc We dint have any issues

Matlab made our stay very special! Highly recommend giving him a raise :)

Everything was nice and clean the staff was professional polite when you needed something they were always there.

Though wenhad asked double twin beds they gave us one duble bed.we gad to insist hard for duble twin beds

It’s been a great experience specially manager Usman who look after us during our stay and explained all about Baku city and tried his best to accommodate us in his hotel thank you Usman. And also waiter SUBHAN who served us in the restaurant thank you ☺️.

Over property is good , but the staff at the buffet breakfast are very shrewd and unpolite , Marriott please see to this !!!

Horrible Experience for a Marriott Hotel If you’re considering staying here, DON’T. I’ve been a loyal Marriott customer for years, but my recent stay on October 29, 2024, was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property does not care about its guests. Despite choosing Marriott for a special occasion—celebrating two birthdays in our group of five—we were met with disrespect and shockingly poor service. Upon arrival, we weren’t even offered the basics—no welcome, not even water. When we asked for a glass, we were denied at the reception. Finally, after a lengthy wait and much negotiation, the initial receptionist did offer us a sea-facing room but said we couldn’t check in until 3 PM, cutting into our day. Fine, we thought, so we left our bags at reception and accepted the delay. But when we came back, a different receptionist acted as if none of our previous requests had been made. No communication between staff whatsoever! We had to waste another hour re-explaining everything, all due to their lack of coordination. To top it off, we were rudely told to haul our heavy luggage to the room ourselves. For a hotel that’s supposed to be premium, the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality was shocking. If you’re planning a special trip, don’t trust this Marriott to make it memorable—in fact, you’d be better off anywhere else. Stay away.

My room had a horrible smell, told men it was the air freshener!! Air conditioner was not working either, shower had almost no pressure and it was supper tiny.

Best services, facilities, staff and food. Rufat I’m reception couldn’t do enough for us so polite and respectful.. Usman Always great us with a smile and asked if he could do anything more for us. Ersad Is the Indian chef in the restaurant and he is excellent. Well travelled and a fantastic chef always polite and respectful we would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Beautiful hotel, but too far from main center
