Easy check-in and check out. Really helpful reception staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good

We had booked 4 nights in a suite , the room was bad . The curtains were off the hook and all night the light was coming into the room in spite of complaining several times the issue was not fixed . As soon as we arrived and checked in noticed the sink in the bathroom was filling up, the shower area was leaking and all the water was accumulating in the bathroom . Had to remind them several times and even then the shower issue was not fixed. Asked to have the room changes but got no response. Finally on the last day we spoke to the manager who said he would change the room but it was too late. The breakfast was very average and the kitchen didn’t bother to replenish the food. Total waste of money paid for horrible room and no service .

Excellent location in downtown Baku right across the street from sea promenade and walking distance to historical Old Town, restaurants and museums

Everything about the hotel from staff to room and bed and breakfast was awesome. Choices at breakfast should suit anyone. Never ran out of anything. Eggs to order. Porridge too. Different fresh fruits every day. Staff were so helpful. I booked a pick up from airport to hotel on arrival and it was seamless and quick. Printed off my boarding pass for me. Helped to book a taxi back to airport and told me where to go next door for cash to pay him. Rooftop bar had music and we had drinks up there. Very nice. Noise from the traffic is obviously going to be heard. Ear plugs are needed if you can’t sleep with that sort of noise. I did with no ear plugs. Bed and pillows were sublime. Towels and dressing gowns very good. Cannot recommend the Promenade Hotel enough. First Class as far as I’m concerned

The pros : staff polite, hotel looks nice interior and exterior. Convenient location to near dining places, cafes and restaurants and behind there is the old Baku city which is the historical attractions in Baku. The cons: hotel toilet not clean enough and the bed was dented on half side and the first 1 nite the room allocated to me was noisy due to a nearby restaurant with a live band. The bed is too hard is like sleeping on a concrete floor. Luggage storage is non existent. I asked them to stow luggage for 1 nite as I went to the nearby city and will return the following day, they agreed. But next day when I checked in I found my luggage was not stowed in a storage but left at one corner at the hotel lobby. This is unacceptable and total disregared for guests property. Never will I return or recommend people this hotel.

From beginning to end the staff was helpful for everything . The room was comfortable, clean and oversized. The location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was great and had a lot to offer .

It has 1 lift and convenient to the old city. Staff is friendly and polite. Rooms need maintenance. Cleanliness is substandard. Not 5* standard. Luggage storage is not recommended in this hotel. They dont care about your belongings.

Very nice hotel with nice staff. All amenities are there, very clean, there is a bathrobe and slippers, and this is not available in all other hotels. I booked a room for my Mom, she is 65 years old, the stuff were very helpful at the hotel. So grateful to everyone, we will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone. Bad experience, receptionist rude and unfriendly, they made me wait 2 hours to checkin ,they gave me my room 4pm , carpet pillows and sheets were dirty, stains all over,, limited items in breakfast, no facilities, no more than 3 stars hotel

Stayed with friends for a long weekend to watch the F1. There’s a fantastic view from the rooftop restaurant of the Race track. Hotel is also in a good location for a look round the Old Town. Only point to note is there’s no vehicle access to the hotel during race weekend so it was a 15 minute walk from the taxi drop off point.

I'm so HAPPY I chose this hotel. I was choosing between a hotel inside or outside Old Town. Promenade which is outside Old Town was the perfect choice because it gave me easy access to both areas. The room was not advertised as having a balcony but my room indeed had a balcony which was DELIGHTFUL as it fronts the promenade and the busy street which i liked a lot! The rooftop was also delightful for quick meals and a beautfil view of the city! EXCELLENT staff... especially Alexey who went over and beyond to help me find a watch I misplaced in my room! Highly recommend this hotel!! Location, service, warmth, safety conditions, charm - All excellent!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the city, and facing the Caspean Sea. The access is from a side road which makes drop off and pick-up difficult. However the service and hotel condition more than compensates. There was a stale odour in the bathrooms which needs to be attended to. Breakfast spread was somewhat basic, however the chef was more than willing to take custom orders. Overall very comfortable stay.

בית מלון ממוקם טוב מאוד: קרוב מאוד לעיר העתיקה שדרה המרכזית. חדרים עם חולון לשדרה לא שקטים בשעות לילה. ארוכת בוקר מגוונת אבל לא טעימה. מסעדה על הגג די טובה. חדרים מרווחים, אבל לא כל יום מנקים אותם ולא ביסודיות. הכי גרוע זה ארגון של הנהלה ופרוטדסק. שרות שלהם לא מדויק ולא אמין. נתקלנו בבעיה חמורה עם טסט PCR. הוציעו לנו לעסות אותו בבית המלון עם .הבטחה לתוצאות תוך 6 שעות המחיר בערך 155 ₪ לבן אדם. לא תוך 6 שעות ולא תוך תוך 8 דעות לא היו התוצאות. בפניה לפקידה התברר שאף אחד לא יודע מה קורה איתם ולמה. בסדרת הבטחות תוך 20 דקות לתת לנו את התשובה בילינו עוד שעה וחצי. הדרישה לתת לנו את מספרי טלפון של מישהו אחרי מהנהלה קיבלנו סירוב מוחלט. מספרי חירום לא מפורסמים באף מקום. בקיצור בזמני קורונה לא להזמין חדרים בבית המלון בצורה חד משמעית. Гостиница удобно расположена рядом со старым городом и находится на Бульваре. Комнаты удобные и просторные, но имеющие окна на Бульвар, очень шумные по ночам. Уборка производится не каждый день и отнюдь не тщательная. Завтрак достаточно обильный, но невкусный. Ресторан на крыше вполне достойный. Самое же неприятное впечатление оставила организация администрации гостиницы, которая порекомендовала нам сделать предполетный тест PSR прямо в гостинице за 80 манат с человека с обещанием результата через 6 часов. Ни через 6, ни через 8 часов ответа не было. Дежурная не знала почему. Только после просьбы начала звонить в лабораторию. Номера телефонов лаборатории или ответственного администратора отсутствуют. Избегайте селиться в этой гостинице!
