The only thing which was good was the location. Apart from that everything was very bad. No telephone in the room, no room service, no tissue paper, no amenities , breakfast very poor. When we asked for for omelette , they said they have no more eggs. When we checked in, they put us in a dirty room with bad smell. We booked a deluxe room, and the room was standard, and small. We had to carry our suitcases to the room. No restaurant was open apart from the breakfast. Mini bar was poor and the drinks were warm. The coffee in the room was not replenished, and the spoons were in plastic. Bedsheets were not changed. It is definitely not a 5* hotel as mentioned. I would not even consider it as a 2* hotel. It was a very bad experience

Internet not working very slow speed and patchy. No chair next to office table. 30 degrees in room and despite a couple of calls no one ever came to the room to fix it, so had to leave the window open throughout the night. The curtains are see through, so as soon as the sun comes out you will be awake. On the positive side and this is why I raised my rating point by one, the breakfast waiter (seemed like a restaurant manager) managed to make a really good impression on me. He was very friendly, attentative and wanted to help. Wanting me to have a great time at breakfast.

Very good location. Not far from Nizami. Nearby metro station and Spar supermarket and many restaurants. Spacious comfortable rooms. Though rooms facing front Street have better sun exposure and more light, they get noisy at night from nearby nightclubs. Breakfast buffet is very good. Staff are helpful. WiFi is free and acceptable speed.

The worstest hotel I ever stayed on it, the most rudest reseptionest I ever met. He was taking in very rude way and requested an extra 60 ANZ per day for my daughter (7years) as he said it is the policy of the hotel. But in Hotels site which is typing in the confirmation booking that any extra bed is available and it cost 20 AZN . I told him that I will pay what is in the booking but he keep neglecting me and talking in local language to another reseptionest . After refusing, I ask him nicely to cancel the booking, but he refuse . I ask him to contact the Hotels , but he reply that they have international number and he will not call as he said it’s expensive... Finally after taking to some one on phone, he reduced it to 30 AZN /day ... once we receive the room the bed was having 4 small hairs which clearly appeared. I ask the housekeeper to Chang it , but she said that she just Chang it before while.. I ask there supervisor to chick it and directly she let them change the bedding... it was very auwful hotel . The carpet was staing with katup from previous visitor, but they clean it only after I ask them....
