Everything was perfect but what was upsetting & disappointing me & my wife was the adults swimming pool because it was closed for maintenance and we weren’t notified about it when we booked our room. I suggest next time you should notify your customers or at least give them a big discount so they decide either they book a room with your hotel or find another one with same starts rate that has no maintenance in such an important area.
