It was a great hotel. Very walkable to the attractions, close to a train station. Breakfast was great but if you stay more than 3 days you get tired of it because they serve the same things everyday. So you will get tired of us I g the same everyday for breakfast . But overall it was great!!

I like the reception staff and services . very friendly and helpfullness . i dont like much the room cleaning services , not fill up the morning coffee stuff and not take back the dirty or used coffee cups .

Great facility in historic district! Breakfast was very good but the staff is the real treasure! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional. I most certainly will stay again!

Although the woman who checked me in was rude, my four nights at this hotel were very nice. My room was comfortable and clean; breakfast was very good; and the hotel is located in a nice, safe neighborhood (which was important as I was traveling alone). Easy walk to Grand Place and nice restaurants. I would stay here again for the reasons I listed.

Comfortable hotel. Good selection of cold cuts etc for breakfast. Everything in room worked well.
Room best for single business person, someone travelling with carry on suitcase. Seating on two low stools.

1) Aircondition was not working properly.
2) Bathroom was overflood do that shower drain was dirty with a lot of hairs.
After a complaint with the desk reception they offer
Another room but no the same as the one we reserved.

Me and my husband had a lovely stay here for 2 nights.
Beds were very comfy,
Hotels was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly enough- however we requested 1 extra pillow as I hve trouble with my neck but the request was ignored, we were told one would be sent up and it never arrived, on questioning what happened we were told that ‘there most probably were none to spare’ but we could have been informed of this
The shower and bathroom again were very clean the only issue was the water pressure- it was extremely low.
On the whole a pleasant stay and a very convenient location

Great location near the old town and good transport links.
Wonderful staff, they were so helpful in planning out our day trips and always with a smile.
Nice and clean hotel.

The hotel is very close to a bunch of dining options. Parking is tight, but ok. Breakfast is great and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommended this hotel.

Pretty property and very good breakfast. excellent location near to metro and walking distance from old center. The room carpet was dirty (needs to be washed) and the AC would not allow the tempetature to go below 23 C so we were sweating to sleep (it was hard locked).

I really liked this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine with a good selection of food, but last month I was in Spain and they had red velvet cake for breakfast!
