ibis budget Brussels South Ruisbroek

The room was too small for a couple and a baby. We had a double bed, which was perfect, but there was a bed above ours that was unsuitable for a 2-year-old.

It was not Ibis standard . I paid for early check in , the staff refused to let me baggage store in the hotel facility . Please call the hotel for this matter.

Very small room without air circulation, heat not functioning properly, worth the price paid.

Ibis was à Nice place for us. Close to a train station, 2 stations away from gare du midi downtown and they’re offering breakfast buffet for €10 extra every morning. Could have been half the amount… Overall it’s a pleasant place.

I had to leave out the trash myself bc no one took it out, and when I went to talk to one of the cleaning staff the female ran and closed the door to the room so I would not even talk to her. I complained and they only took trash then but never cleaned the bathroom it had hairs that were not mine so I never got to take a bath.

The property was good but the service was very poor, we waited for nearly 1.30 hours for check-in. There was only one person at the receiption and was very slow. Need to increase some staff or consider how to speed up the process

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The service was terrible. The receptionist yelled at me for nothing. I parked car in hotel parking but it was dirty they threw garbage. Not recommended at all. The beds full of bed bugs.

Worst hotel ever, blood on the curtains left straight away and did not even refund, contacted hotels. Com and they also couldn’t get them to refund DO NOT STAY worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Good location 4 stops in Train to the City center,good breakfast,room small but very clean.

It is okay average the room little small there is no wardrobe inside the room. The parking is not free.

A great stay of 5 nights with family at the heart of Brussels. Very clean rooms, bathrooms and corridors. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hot water was free from coffee machines which was needed for our daughter. The bathroom light's censor was little annoying as it turns off every 5 seconds, so you will have to keep shaking your body or waving at the censor to keep the light on. But thats just a small part which you can ignore. Very happy with the stay and experience. Thats a great budget option. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days.. in general me and my partner thinks everything was alright, apart from a 5-10 mins walk going to Ruisbroek train station which is a little bit of a mission, the street you pass by as you head to the hotel is dark and feels a bit dodgy. (Make sure you don’t walk there on your own) In addition, the hotel staff cleaning the rooms seems to have issues with personal hygiene, she gave us a new set of towels and toilet paper in the morning for a couple of episodes and she smells really horrible. Her smells even lingers inside our bedroom and it really is disappointing.. but, I would still recommend this hotel to people who are on a tight budget as it is cheap and cheerful ..

Everything was very good except the breakfast was very simple (boiled eggs, cheese, ham, butter, cream cheese, jam, coffee machine, juice machine, bread, croissants, honey, chocolate spread, tea bags, cornflakes, milk) The room has only double bed, small table, hangers on the wall, mirror on the wall, shower, toilet. No electric appliances. Not value for money Bus stop in 6 minutes Train station in 10 minutes Not many noice Very clean Downstairs in the lobby it's very small and has coffee machine

The bathroom had stains. The bath towels were very small. I am small size. I couldn't wrap myself around with the bath towel.afer showering. Breakfast had very limited varieties. Overall, I won't choose Ibis budget to stay again.

However, bottled water is not included and quite expensive (over €30!), which is a significant drawback. Breakfast: The breakfast is decent, but could be improved. The juices seem watered down. Overall: This hotel is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who don't mind basic amenities. Don't expect luxury here. Additional Notes: Factor in an additional €6 per person for round-trip train tickets between the hotel and Brussels Midi station. There's a nice park next to the hotel, perfect for families with children.

Everything was just perfect. Just what you need close to the train station and very close to an excellent restaurant!

Helpful and kind staff at reception. Located in Brussel's Flemish outskirt it's the typical budget french Brant hotel with a bunk bed overhead.Room was clean but poor soundprouf makes night...... messy when neighbours don't keep quiet until late. Some disfunctionnal facilities like the light in the toilet.Good for a short stage.
