Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean. Only negative was the size of the rooms. Very small and tight to even walk around.

clean. rooms not large but spacious enough. airconditioning did not work - was still set to heat so i slept with the window open.

Perfect to stay a couple nights! Very small room but the bed was nice and the hotel is right in the city center.

We stopped in here for the night on route to germany. An excellent place to stay with parking, lots of nice restaurants and bars close by. The hotel was in great condition and the breakfast was really good quality too

Excellent low budget hotel.

I was impressed with the small hotel. My room was clean. It had the hairdryer and clean towels The WiFi is the best compared to other hotels I have been to. Breakfast was delicious and generous compared to other continental breakfasts I recommend this hotel

On arrival day, I couldn't sleep because of the terrible noise from the opposite home residents. And some pavement tiles were loose, which also made noise at night [due to echoes as well] . No tea, coffee making, or any refrigerator for cooling as it was the hottest day in Leuven. Nearby the centre. Receptionists are friendly.

Nice location, good breakfast. Beds could have been better; they kept slipping off the base.

It had some great qualities, and some not great qualities. A few of the staff members were as kind and helpful as they could be. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful, and a gentleman who worked the desk from afternoon/night 2, through the end of my stay, are the reasons I gave this property as many stars as I did. Otherwise, there were some not so helpful staff members who made me feel like a burden. Apparently there is a welcome drink at the lobby bar, so be sure to ask for that. It was not offered to me. Tea and coffee in the lobby, free, 24/7. Also a bar and room service. But, so convenient to 100’s of coffee shops and restaurants! The location can not be beat ! The rooms are extremely small, and literally, the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life, anywhere… takes paper thin walls to a new level. Leuven is charming as can be, and again, the hotel has some great qualities.

Stayed 7 days; very walkable. Many cafes and small shops in area surrounding hotel! The floor we were on lost its AC during 80F weather, but took the offer to move to another floor to finish our stay. The staff especially Kaat, Erwan and Mo were very responsive and engaging. The coffee maker in the small lounge is the reason I’ll make another reservation; as no coffee making in rooms. Didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 15 euros was a bit high for a continental breakfast.

Great location, excellent staff, clean and comfortable!

We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English.

A perfect location to explore Leuven.

The bed was a bit hard, and the bathroom was a bit smaller - made to seem smaller by a very large wash handbasin.

The hotel is very central to the shopping area. It is welcoming and clean, they have left luggage service. Breakfast is buffet.

The room was kept clean at all times. It was smaller than I expected when I booked for my stay. The bed could be better as it was small and not comfortable.

The hotel was in nice location. It was easy to travel on foot to eateries and town square. I like European hotels because they are all you need when you travel. I am short so the bed and shower was fine, but probably alot of other Americans would have trouble with the size.

The rooms were very small--but very clean and SO convenient. So this is not a complaint, just information! We had a lovely stay.
