Location was fantastic. Short walk from Brussels central and close to grand place, shops and restaurants! Room and bathroom especially shower is very small and in need of an update. Very strong unpleasant fragrance in lobby area. Not really a 4 star. Staff are friendly.

This place is classy. The staff is helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. I had to bring the ratings down due to the tininess of the rooms and shower. It was difficult to navigate the room with your average luggage. The shower stall was so compact, it was difficult to bend down and.wash your lower body without hitting your head. For the price paid, I expected more space in the room and the bathroom.
