Absolutely loved this hotel! Great reception, lovely big room (with simply the best shower we've ever had) and the breakfasts were amazing with helpful, friendly staff. And what a great location! Could not have picked better. Will be back!

We arrived at the hotel from Manchester on a Brussels Airlines flight. Unfortunately they hadn’t put our case on the plane and having reported the loss at the airport presented ourselves to the hotel reception in the only clothes we had. The receptionist was fantastic (unfortunately we didn’t get her name) but after checking us in she organised bathroom robes for the evening and chargers for both our mobile phones. The hotel is excellent and staff wonderful - can’t praise them highly enough. I know the review is about the hotel but if you read this never fly with Brussels Airlines. We are just about to leave for home - having checked out - the last communication we had with airline was the bag would be delivered to the hotel in the next 48 hours !!!!!! This is despite the fact that they have been advised on numerous occasions that we’re leaving for home. Anyway the hotel is brilliant 😀😀😀😀

Staff were very helpful and great staff. kindly organised early check in and were great with room servicing and organising a taxi. Great location. A little noisy one night with noisy guests in corridor while we were trying to sleep.

Lovely hotel right in the centre and about 5 minutes from the Belfry. There was a week long festival in Gent when we arrived and the entrance to the hotel had been taken over by Duvel. Didn't cause us any issues but was noisy until very early hours.

Aloha, nice size clean room in middle of Ghent. Soundproofed rooms with great AC! Easy walk to everywhere. Lucky us we stumbled onto 1st day of 10 of the Ghent musik festival. Amazing upbeat peeps on the closed streets. So fun!

This hotel was lovely. The communal areas are very pleasant to sit in, clean and spacious. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was great too! Being British, we would have liked a few tea bags, but this is hardly a big deal. If you opt out of having your room cleaned one day, you get a free drink at the bar for being eco friendly I guess, which is a nice touch. Overall we had a fab time here!

Super nice classy hotel, I do recommend staying there, the restraunt had great food, and the location was perfect! Just remember to bring your room key, you need it to use the elevator. It was a great stay and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is right in the centre of Ghent so a perfect location for seeing the sights. Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and had everything I needed for a couple of nights stay. Nice shampoo and conditioner along with a ‘proper’ hairdryer. There was an iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle and a small minibar fridge. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower. I didn’t use the restaurant, bar or gym while I was there but the bar did look nice. A really nice hotel in a great location.

Of all of the hotels i stay in this is honestly one of the best to date. Massive room with great amenities...even our room had robes and slippers like on a spa day! The bathroom was larger than a lot of rooms i stay in! It both a shower and bath with his and hers sinks! A sofa and table too. The bed was massive and very comfy! The hotel very new and clean. The safe couldn't do enough for you and were amazing. The reception area nad bar were lovely too. Its in a great location in the heart of the city with all the main attractions just minutes away, with tram and bus stops near by. This was a great hotel, with great, amenities, modern, clean with great staff and great location...and in my opinion very cheap for what they offered
