It was clean, friendly and close to the main attractions. Was a pity that it was simple to transfer to the other Novotel Hotel as I unfortunately made a mistake.

This hotel was close to the station but quiet and so lovely. The staff were so on it even letting us leave our cases so that we could go and explore before we booked in. Having a drink on the outside terrace, in good weather is a must. Getting to any of the sights from this hotel was really easy with the metro train and bus station within a 5 minute walk.

Friendly staff. Nice location. Poor acoustic insulation or a eccentric adjacent room occupant who kept complaining on day 3 and 4 of TV volume. What was annoying was front desk woke me up when i was fast asleep to complain . Very disappointed.

The location of this hotel is terrible. Its convenient to the train station but that area feels very unsafe and dodgy. You should seriously reconsider having your hotel there or just closing it down. I really feel that having tourists there is just asking for trouble. Very disappointing and not what i would expect from a Novotel!!

International connection is appalling. 1-1.5MB. Not enough for zoom calls. Aircon didn't seem to work - I used fresh air as the room was hotter than the sun when I arrived. Room otherwise fine and enough space. Friendly staff and easy check-in and out.

We were welcome by a lovely gentleman, I cannot remember his name it was similar t Gianni or Gianno...I think... We arrived too early to check in, but we were able to leave our bags till later. The room was spotless as were the toilets on the lowere ground floor. The rooms were quiet and we didnt hear any other sounds from outside. Breakfast was lovely, had wveruthinh you need, hot food, eggs, beans etc and cold meats and cheeses, with breads, cakes, croissants, fruits, cereals, spreads, tea, coffee. The squeeze your own orange juice was a nice touch which you don't often see, usually you get it "fresh" from a box, so we likef that. We could not fault the breakfast at all. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel, they took note of my birthday mention in the booking and gave a frinks voucher for the bar, which got me a very large beer. The only negative if I had to mention, would be the pillows werent very comfortable and caused a few movements in the night, but that being said, I would stay here again.... which I am in a few months when we visit again. We usually don't stay in the same hotel twice when returning to a place as we like to explore, but as we are coming back with our children and were pleased with what we had, we trust it.

Housekeeping and overall service was absolute shambles! We found a sandwich in our room cupboard upon check in!!! That is by far the most ridiculous experience we have had at a hotel. Although they quickly changed our room, the next one was no better. Wet carpet, stained table, pastry crumbs on the chair in room, dirty shower area with hair stuck to the taps and shower screen and tissues not replenished which clearly showed bare minimum was done while “cleaning” the bathroom and the room. The reception staff did nothing more than apologising and offering us a free drink in return for yet another unclean room. Shocked by this quality of hospitality and cleanliness at a Novotel property.

Great hotel location for Midi station and only 20min walk to Grand Place. Room was clean and exactly what we wanted for our stay. Loved the refillable water bottle station in the lobby. Thanks to the kind staff members who made me a cup of tea when I was feeling unwell at 3am!

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It’s right across Midi station which makes access to all public transport very convenient. The down side is that area looks little shady at nights due to lot of homeless people who have camped at midi station. If you use taxi or uber at night then no problem.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was great value for money; our room was comfortable and clean, fairly spacious and we loved the huge balcony. The location is ideal for access to Midi station, and just a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. I booked late checkout but, frustatingly, this didn't stop the maid from walking straight into my room despite the 'do not disturb' sign hanging on the door as well. I paid 10 Euros per hour for this privilege, so this did annoy me. She didn't even apologise, instead just demanding to know when I'd be leaving the room. However, all the other stuff I encountered were lovely and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location with friendly staff. Useful water refill location in reception. Room was ok, breakfast was standard. The shower hear was on the wrong wall making it awkward to have a shower. No sockets in bathroom or near a mirror. Table space was limited in room.

I found the hotel convenient for Brussels Midi station. I was disappointed the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. I had to go out in my wheelchair to find somewhere to eat, which luckily wasn't far. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a show is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair with the heycard having to be removed from the light switch. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs.

Amazing hotel, comfy beds and very friendly staff. Only issue is the info book in the room says room service is 24/7, but 2/3 we called we were denied due to the restaurant and bar being closed (closed all day Sundays).

easily one of the worst hotels I have stayed in recent times. Staff were nice and helpful, but that was about it. Area is problematic, with loads of refugees and rough sleepers under the arch, and in the night it decidedly looked dodgy. The breakfast was terrible, there was literally a layer of water under scrambled eggs. but the room was really the worst. felt like cheap motel. Walls were incredibly thin - people in the next room decided to watch a football match on TV starting 10pm - so I couldn't sleep for a long time. Woke up early because the room on the other side were having arguments. Just overall a really bad experience. The hotel isn't cheap though!
