Great location, amazing staff, comfortable rooms!

Wonderful, welcoming staff. Small but nice clean room with an efficient layout. Close to the metro and tourist sites.

Central. Easy to get to main attractions. Quiet.

The Pillows was modern, clean, with helpful staff, a location that is ideal (5 mins walk from main train station, and short walk for many places of interest).

The guy at checkin was outstanding. It was our anniversary and he left us a handwritten note, balloons and chocolates on our pillow! How nice is that? He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel itself was wonderful too... excellent location as it's close to SNTB central so perfect for day trips to Bruges and Luxemborg and very walkable to Grand Place where all the restaurants and shops are. It's far enough away from the Place that you don't get the crowds, but close enough to walk within 5-10 minutes. Rooms were spacious and updated. Bed and pillows were comfy. would definitely stay there again. Lived up to its 9.2 rating!!!

Very convenient just 5 mins walk from the train station

Warm welcome from staff on arrival. As we arrived early, I was able to leave my luggage in storage so that I could explore the city hassle free. After checking in to room later in the day, I noticed the door lock was faulty and raised this with reception. A swift resolution was made with relocation to a new room - hassle free. Modern, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Location of hotel was perfect for us to navigate Brussels. Most popular sight seeing spots you could get to within a 10-15 minute walk, with Gare Central Station being 3 mins from the hotel. Only could stay one night but will definitely return in the future.

Great location! Easy walk to Grote Markt with tons of Shopping and dining. Brasserie Ommegang (Agora square) was great. Les Frites was worth the wait for fries.

My husband and I were so pleased with our stay at Pillows City Hotel. We arrived well before check in but luckily our room was ready. The lovely lady (Rym) at the front desk absolutely MADE our trip special. She was so welcoming and accommodating. I have stayed in some 5 star hotels and I can say that her customer service is top-shelf. She is one of the best! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The only downside to the room was that we had to lower the shade in the bathroom because it faced a large corporate building (with workers visible from our bathroom). Not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning. The hotel is so convenient to all the sights…and very close to the train station. There was some construction going on during our visit, which confused our Google maps…but it wasn’t a big deal. And we didn’t hear any construction noise during our visit. We had a drink at the bar and the wonderful bartender recommended a beer and then brought over a book, to explain why that beer was so special. Brussels was a wonderful place to visit and we can’t wait to come back. We will stay here again, and again and again! I would highly recommend this hotel. We were so happy staying here, and in all honesty, didn’t want to leave. Thank you Rym and all the staff. We can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel for comfortable stay, offers good amenities, and located in close proximity ( walking distance) to Brussel Central train station as well as city center tourist attractions. Clean, well maintained, and very friendly staff.

Location was great just next to the St Micheal Cathedral and decent walk to the Grand Square. Metro is within 5 min but this time around there some diversion due to road work. Its cobbled streets on incline so be mindful with big bags. Checkin process was slow and checkout was fast and convenient. Room was clean and spacious enough. The toilets were clean. Bed was great too. Was a comfortable stay and looked forward to getting back at end of long tiring day. The cafe is good, did not try the breakfast there are many other options around. Bus stop on same road thats leads to Central stations.
