This is a very nice hotel in a good location that met all of our needs. It’s about a 20 minute walk from most of the downtown attractions and about 25 minutes to the main train station.

Great staff and good location. The standard room size was spacious enough for a family of 4. The shower door didn't close properly so it did leak often.

This was a larger hotel and was fine for the night we spent there. It was in an interesting neighborhood that had some high end shopping but was really close to some sketchier areas as well. We had to walk fairly long distances to get to most of the popular sights. Overall it was fine and I don't have anything bad to say about it. The finishes were also odd and pretty dated.

Had to cancel our trip to Belgium at late notice due to unforeseen circumstances. The customer service and attitude received was really terrible, with mixed messages, slow, if any, responses and suggestions that due to booking through a third party such as hotel.com. Really poor experience

Good hotel. Modern in many ways and a spacious room. Nice gym. Washroom needed more attention for cleaning. Cleaner wanted us to vacate our room for cleaning purposes 2 hours before checkout. Definite language barrier but didn’t want to take no for an answer.
