Michelle is a great host. Her place is walking distance from the water taxi. We visited the nearby museum and had a lovely dinner nearby. The bed is listed as a queen but in fact is a nice big king and very comfy.

This was an awesome introduction to the culture and food of Belize. We were met with friendly staff and all of our needs were met and questions were quickly answered. We will come back if we get the chance.

Michelle, Gill and staff were amazing! Taking care of all the finer points. We only spend 1 night there on the way out of Belize but we frlt very well taken care of.

These guys are amazing! First let me say the room was so inviting and comfortable. It was clean, the AC worked great, it felt quite safe and the evenings were very quiet.
More than the comfort of the accommodation, the owner herself was just wonderful. She reached out to me prior to my visit to make sure I had transit into town, helped me find a taxi back to the airport even though I was no longer staying with them, and allowed me to store my heavy dive equipment while I took a small side trip to San Ignacio at no extra charge. It really was like a home away from home!
I genuinely could not recommend San Angel's more highly!

Michelle is a gracious hostess. Stayed on arrival and also the night before returning home. Felt safe. Neighborhood can be noisy but we’d stay again. Convenient to the water taxi, shops, restaurants & bars. Rooms were clean & well appointed.

This is a great spot for a night or two in Belize City. The staff is wonderful and Michelle ensures your stay is comfortable. Excellent location and the room is nice with more amenities than a standard hotel room. Would definitely stay there again.

There was a wonderful view from the verandah. Very clean and in a quiet part of the city. But very easy to get to the city center and shopping. We had a great lunch.

The best part of our stay was our host Michelle. She was super helpful, providing us with not just information but also quick drop-offs to the water taxi and restaurants. The room was clean and although old it was remodeled. We would highly recommend it

This is lovely basic accommodation in a wonderful location. Close to the ocean and many great restaurants. Close to ferries and a wonderful ice cream parlour. The host Michelle is extraordinary, she goes above and beyond.
