Hotel confortável, chuveiro excelente, limpeza impecável, café da manhã maravilhoso, atendimento dos recepcionistas ótimo, observação apenas para ar condicionado que mesmo alterando a temperatura no controle ele não muda, permanece a uma temperatura né média de 20 a 22 graus no máximo.

Hotel é novo , muito confortável e super recomendo
A única reclamação que tenho é que as toalhas são muito ruim , finas , ásperas e não estão à altura da qualidade do hotel .
Já ficamos tbm no quarto com varanda, muito lindo

Embora eu tenha feito o pagamento das diárias pelo próprio site da Hoteis.com, passei todo o período da hospedagem sendo cobrado novamente pelas diárias pois o hotel insistia em dizer que não foram pagas e que o cartão informado terá sido recusado. Mesmo mostrando a todos o comprovante de pagamento do booking e a transação do cartão, o problema persistiu. Muito chata a situação. Não recomendo.

Get me a refund nor gave my money back. Instead of paying 20 usd, I ended up paying 64usd for the stay.
The shower head was awful in the room.
