The hotel is in the heart of the city…excellent for the eternal flame,Latin bridge,genocide museum,pigeon square…

Right in the middle of old town, so location was great. Very close to touristy shopping.
Reserved parking is available for 12,5 euro per day. Good luck finding any other place to park.
Check in and out was great. Staff was cordial, helpful and English proficient.
On site free breakfast was very good. Restaurants for other meals are everywhere.
The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. Elevator to 4th floor worked very well.
Very nice place. I recommend it and will stay there again.

Convenient but too LOUD. The location is great, the breakfast average, the staff nice, the plumbing floody, the beds good, but the street party noise is very loud, particularly on Saturday night. So loud you have to raise your voice talk to another person in the room. It does end by about 1am, so if you are the late-partying type this would be perfect for you. If not, bring your earplugs and your patience!

Do not stay at this hotel on Friday or Saturday night. It is party central right outside the hotel with pounding music and noise until 1:00 am.

I found the hotel to be (so far) the best on my 3 week holiday to Europe. Staff is very friendly, and gracious. They have a large DELICIOUS breakfast spread that goes till late (at least 10:00am, i think even later) which is great cuz i often stay up late and have late breakfast. location is amazing, right in the middle of Old Town. everything is within 5 min walk, all the big sites in Sarajevo. Id stay here again in a minute. room is big, spacious, clean. Everyone speaks English in the hotel and very helpful. 5stars all the way.

Incredible location and friendly staff, but in need of refresh. Our room had a moldy smell to it. If they gave it a little uplift to replace carpets and address the smell, we would definitely come back.

The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the Latin Bridge and Baščaršija. The rooms are a little dated, but were spacious with lots of storage. It was however impossible to securely lock the hotel room door from the inside - there was no manual lock/chain as you would find in most hotels.

This is a decent hotel. The location is right at the edge of Old City and lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping available. My biggest criticism, and this is about all of the Balkans, not just this hotel, the cigarette smoking is overpowering. For instance, breakfast is included with the hotel room. Out of my four nights in this hotel I ate breakfast there twice because the cigarette smoke was so heavy I couldn't take it. It ruins every meal. I was the only one in the restaurant both times. The cigarette smoke was from the hotel staff.
I loved the staff: front desk was so helpful, housekeeping was excellent and the wait staff was also excellent.

We traveled to Sarajevo for a conference. We enjoy exploring the old part of European cities and so try to stay within walking distance. When you are driving, finding such a hotel with parking is frequently difficult. Here it was great. You literally park in front of the hotel door. The staff will move your car and retrieve it whenever needed. The hotel was very nice, the breakfast was good and the room was large and beds nice. Everything was very clean. We will stay here in the future when we have occasion to return to Sarajevo.

Unfortunately it rained continuously for the best part during my stay (4 days) but managed to get out and about to see some of the sights and have good food, beer & entertainment. The Bascarsija market area was in the process of being paved and was a muddy excavated work site. The hotel has a pub at the side rear ('Cheers') and some late night noise was experienced during my stay. Sarajevo has a very good transport infrastructure.

Nice small hotel at the pedestrian area of Sarajevo. You have everything in the nearby and in walking distance.
Sarajevo is a very interesting place, which was the scene of important events in the history of Europe. It is also a melting pot of different cultures.

Ficamos duas noites. A primeira noite nos colocaram em um hotel com carpete, com cheiro de cigarro muito ruim, chuveiro não funcionava, entre outras coisas. Prometeram ao menos limpar e arrumar chuveiro, mas chegamos à noite e não tinham feito nada. Somente no dia seguinte o gerente conseguiu alocar em outro quarto, melhor e mais adequado ao que foi contratado. Além disso, o hotel está em local de barulho extremo com festas até 1 da manhã (para mim, não foi problemas, mas para alguns torna impossível dormir).

Muy malo!!! Nos dieron una habitacion super pequeña, con olor a humedad y un techo super bajo. Pedimos que nos la cambien porque lo que habiamos pagado no se correspondia con el servicio pero nos dijeron que no era posible. Ante ello pedimos un reembolso y nunca nos lo otorgaron. Las toallas manchadas de color amarillo. El desayuno basico, no habia tostadora ni leche fluida, asi como tampoco te comun. Nuestra habitacion se encontraba en el cuarto piso y habia un matrimonio que tambien tenia problemas con el agua. No lo recomendaria!!
