I've stayed at Smart Apês several times last couples years. Never had a complaint.
This time they do not offered cookware or blow dryer in the room.
They advertise the room with kitchen, but, if you need to use the kitchen you need to rent the cookware, which is not o ly inconvient, but also false advertising.
They also stop accepting you luggage ahead before your check-in or hold it after the check-out. There a vending machine for that and it's also paid separately.
This time I've paid more for the room and got a bitter taste of been mislead.

My initial check-in went smoothly. When I tried to extend my reservation due to flight changes,
the guy at the front desk was kind of an a-hole, I ended up just rebooking it online because there was abundant availability, and it was easier than dealing with someone who had no interest in helping me as the customer or the business he works for.
Good location, nice air conditioning.
There is no room service as there is with typical hotels so if you are staying more than 2-3 days, you will need to ask for additional toiletries and towels if needed.
There are some cheap construction materials used in what appeared to be a refurbishing effort that were flimsy, and quite literally falling off the wall.
On the upside, it was very convenient having a key code for the door rather than card access.

Ótima localização, ao lado do metro Paulista. O Apê estava muito limpo e cheiroso. Único detalhe negativo foi que ao tomar banho, o banheiro transbordava, pois a água estava descendo bem devagar pelo ralo.
Do mais, tudo certo. Recomendo.

Gostei bastante do atendimento. A localizacao é muito boa, central e acessível. Mas precisam corrigir a pressao intermitente nos chuveiros, que faz com que todo banho seja uma luta para acertar a temperatura da água, e instalar duchas higienicas nos banheiros.

Estadia no Ap Smart tem um bom custo benficio. São ap studios, pequeno, mas bem decorado, com roupas de cama e banho. Lá dispõe de um mini supermercado. Cabe ressaltar q a localização é muito boa, próximo da paulista, restaurantes, bares e supermercados. Pontos q poderiam melhorar: Limpeza q é paga, e no banheiro dispõe de ducha higiênica.

Foi uma estadia tranquila, com funcionários educados e dispostos a ajudar. A proposta da estadia é muito parecida com a do Ibis Budget, então não se pode esperar o máximo do conforto, mas foi uma estadia agradável. Voltarei novamente. A localização é o grande ponto forte, excelente, e literalmente grudada na estação de metrô, o que facilita muito a estadia em São Paulo.

O quarto é muito pequeno e não possui janela, o que só descobri quando cheguei lá. Por não ter janela (apenas um vidro selado) não há ventilação, o que me forçou a dormir com o ar condicionado ligado todos os dias (e eu tenho rinite). Fora isso, o mercadinho atende bem, o atendimento foi bom e a localização é ótima, colada no metrô. O apê estava bem limpo quando cheguei. O locker para malas facilitou bastante chegar antes do horário do check in, mas poderia ser dentro do hotel ao invés de praricamente na rua.

Hotel muito bom e bem ao lado do metrô, compacto porém confortável, o único defeito é NÃO DISPONIBILIZAREM PANELAS na mini cozinha eles somente alugam, assim como também alugam o secador de cabelo, oque achei um absurdo.
