Sempre quando venho a Brasilia , ficamos no Athos Bulcao!!! Maravilhoso hotel, maravilhoso quarto e cama, piscina , funcionarios maravilhosos, nada a reclamar!!! Vcs sao 10 e estao de parabens!!! Maravilhoso se sentir em casa nesse hotel,

It was very good. I stayed for a week. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The bilingual employees were a huge help since i dont speak portuguese. Gustavo at the front desk always went above and beyond to help me.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. O buffet do café da manhã é farto e gostoso, mas o café estava sempre frio. O nosso quarto era amplo, o ponto negativo era o banheiro que não tinha pinduradores de toalha no alto, só na altura de cadeirante. A cortina do banheiro era de plastico, não condizente com o padrão do hotel, já estava danificada desde a nossa entrada. Tivemos que reconfigurar a chave do quarto várias vezes no dia, o que nos irritou bastante, pois a recepção estava sempre muito cheia. No geral o hotel é muito bom.

I would like to write that the staff were friendly and very helpful as they assisted in finding a taxi driver to provide a tour of the city. The food for breakfast was very good and the location was next to an excellent mall. However, the whole experience was clouded the day after I checked out when I received two unauthorized charges on my American Express card. One was for 3500 BRL (USD$700) and the other for 4000 BRL (USD$800). This hotel was the only time I ever used my Amex card in Brazil. Needless to say, any hotel guest must be very careful as the hotel is not a safe location to use your credit or debit card an protection of your information is not a high priority here.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel is modern and clean and located in the hotel zone. The area felt very safe. Expedia VIP status got us a room upgrade which took our experience up several notches. Free parking was also provided. The breakfast was superb! The staff were constantly cleaning and replenishing food items. The staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. Special thanks to Gustavo for helping us book a trip at our next destination. Not speaking the language, this would have been challenging for us.

Place was very clean and staff was professional. Close to a lot of shops/malls as well as city parks and landmarks. Felt very safe as well

The hotel is very well located - you have a mall right across the street with a good variety of stores and a large convenience store too. There is a 24/7 McDonald’s too just a few minutes. It’s a relatively safe area with lots of traffic but easy to get around. We were given a really great suite with an awesome view of the lake as well as the city. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. The room was clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They are very courteous and very kind. My interactions with Barbara and the others were very pleasant and genuine. There was another gentleman which I forgot the name but it starts with H that was great too. Now - some of the highlights that you need to be aware - those are my experiences so please don’t take it as universal true but more of a feedback: - Check in line: there was a lot of times that when I needed something from them the line at the front desk was pretty long. I had an issue with my reservation being split into two and they helped me with it and let me kept my room but it can be a little of a wait. Secondly, it’s a Brazilian thing: it’s customary to let others ahead of you that have a quick question or what nots but I think that also delays the line quite a bit - but they are fully staffed - it’s just a small front desk. - The bedroom: great space, modern and such but BEWARE the mini fridge is TINY. Overall excellent place! Def would stay again!!!!

The only good aspect of this hotel is the location. The front desk personnel is very inefficient. If you dial the front desk number from your room, they will take at least 10 minutes to answer, if at all. I had an issue with my shower and even after calling the front desk about 10 times, coming down to the front desk to request repair, they DID NOT send anyone. There are much better hotels in the area, so avoid this one if you can!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, pretty much everything was excellent except the room service (food.) Several times, they were out of multiple items on the menu, and at night it took around 90 minutes to get what food was available to be delivered. In all fairness, we were there during the New Years Eve holiday and simultaneously the inauguration of the new government, so the hotel seemed extremely full while we were there. In any case, I would definitely stay there again without hesitation, just that in hindsight, I would have made a point to instead visit some of the nice restaurants in the immediate area rather than waiting until late evening to order room service. I should add that I ordered room service multiple times and once I did receive it, the food was good. Oh, and the location was excellent too. Pretty good experience, overall.
