It was sad to see a once great hotel un such poor condition. There have obviously been lots of delayed renovations..the shower in my room leaked. The table was old and marred. The pool was missing tiles, the showers were clogged, the pool atea was filthy and the pool needed cleaning. The restaurant was slow about an hour and a half to get food when there was no one except the soccer teams they host that obviously kerp the place afloat. Now, I must say the room was clean but run down, but also spacious. The breakfast was also very good. So there is good and bad. For the price I rate it average minus.

Segunda vez nesta viagem, dessa vez em um grande quarto, super cama, dando para o Rio Tapajós. Frigobar e ar muito bons, tambem a super ducha ! Café da manhã ok. Ponto negativo para os móveis da recepção que deveriam ser trocados pois são feios, desconfortáveis e insuficientes. A localização não é boa, necessitando transporte para ir ao centro e nada ao redor.

The hotel is great, rooms are huge, beds are very comfortable, but some rooms need maintenance. In the first room I stayed in, the air conditioning had no blades and in the second room the shower broke while I was showering and dropped some dirt on me... The restaurant located inside the hotel is expensive for the quality they offer. The fish that I ordered wasn't well cooked and I had to return it. Anyway, this hotel is still better than most in Santarem, staff is great and breakfast is really delicious!!!

O hotel é da década de 70 e parece não ter passado por nenhuma reforma porque é super velho. Roupas de cama e banho surradas e deterioradas, o quarto cheira a mofo, o banheiro tem um exaustor que mais parece um trem de tanto barulho, cama já desgastada, muita muriçoca, café da manhã diversificado, mas nada saboroso. Quando entramos no quarto nem toalha tinha e demoraram mais de uma hora para levar toalhas que nem para pano de chão serviam mais. Foi uma experiência de apenas uma noite, mas o suficiente para perceber que o hotel precisa de uma restruturação urgente.
