Muito bom! Tudo muito bem limpo, excelente organização. Apenas deveria ser oferecido mais de uma toalha de banho para cada hóspede, pois apenas 1 para 5 dias é insuficiente. Fora isso tudo ótimo, academia, piscina etc

Bathroom sink clogged, no daily service, communication pretty bad

As soon as get in the room I realized that that tv remote control wasn't working, battery died. I reached out for help and they suggested me to use the batteries from the AC (what?) let alone AC and TV remote do not use the same batteries. The room smelled sewer, all the time, very strong smell. 8 am on Saturday there was working on the floor, waking up everyone on the floor. On Sunday there was an alarming beeping all they long on the floor. Never again. I do not recommend and I am not coming back.

Was looking for a nice place with a Jacuzzi spend a nice evening. First issue was that they don't have a person to call - you just have to talk to a robot in whatsapp and only after 10-15 minutes pattern of answers (in portuguese) you get a live person. Check in starts at 3PM - there was no information about apartment number or room. Only after spending 30 minutes talking to robots I managed to get to a live person and they chatted me the room number and access code. As soon as we got there, we saw that the jacuzzi is barely working and again (30 minutes robot), asked to cancel our reservation and get refunded - to what we were told that it was booked with expedia and not with them directly, so it's non refundable. The room also ended up having no internet connection, and a broken oven and stove (thus impossible to cook dinner). Every single time I had to wait to pass the robot conversation in order to talk to someone, everytime I was basically told that "oh well, the room is there, you have a bed, so why you want to cancel". Ruined evening because of useless service of Charlie and braindead support. In the end, paid for the most expensive room they had and ended up with just a working bed, no jacuzzi, no kitchen, no internet...

I booked two different Charlie stays this month, both in São Paulo. From what I have seen and experienced, all of Charlie’s properties are simply gorgeous, super clean, modern, and well located. Honestly no complaints whatsoever about the property itself, however, I will note two things the business should work on: 1) check ins were very disorganized and complicated. Both times I booked with Charlie, instructions were not sent by check-in time. I had to message them via WhatsApp and wait for a response for me to get the door code which took about 30 mins the first time and the second time they only answered the guy at the building’s front desk, and only answered me a longer while later. 2) I did require some assistance throughout my stay and my questions went unanswered completely.

O melhor apto/Loft que fiquei até então em SP, cama confortável, ducha impecável, ambiente espaçoso, e limpo, bem completo e uma vista maravilhosa. Haaa a academia é muito ampla e completa, top top top .. e a piscina nem se fala! Localização ótima e condomínio bem seguro.

Razoável, acomodações simples, super básico!! Nem um Bem Vindo tinha, reconhecimento de rosto não funcionou no primeiro dia. Deixam 2 toalhas das mais simples que existe no mercado. Um shampoo somente!!!!! Não fico mais la

Excelente apartamento

Foi uma experiência que Excedeu minhas expectativas. O prédio é absurdamente bonito e o quarto é impecável. eu poderia ficar lá por semanas! As dificuldades que passei foram durante o check-in online, para mandar os documentos e selfie, e dentro do prédio, para receber comida do iFood e encontrar algumas outras coisas.

Tudo certo com a unidade 1101. Estadia agradável e comida.

Muito bom! Confortável, cama ótima, boa localização, silencioso…muito bom

O Charlie Jockey é muito bom, quartos confortáveis, localização ótima e o projeto arquitetônico é excelente, porém deveria ter alguns cuidados de manutenção importantes, no banheiro a Cuba do lavatório estava entupida, os porta toalhas foram substituídos e os furos dos anteriores foram tapados com tampas redondas adesivas. O tecido do sofá tb estava manchado e nas áreas comuns falta manutenção, pintura e limpeza. Se não fossem estes detalhes eu classificaria o Charlie como excente, especialmente o custo/benefício.

Unidade 1411 em perfeito estado, limpo e conservado

Apartamento com cheiro ruim, ar condicionado não estava esfriando o suficiente para o conforto necessário, banheiro com teto danificado.

Infelizmente dessa vez o apartamento tinha um cheiro muito forte de esgoto que vinha do banheiro, mesmo tampando ralos . Demais condições ok, mas o cheiro...

Um pouco difícil para conseguir fazer o check-in por conta de problema na identificação facial (selfies), mas depois de uns 45min deu certo a comunicação com a Charlie. Pontos positivos: estacionamento bom (qualquer vaga e gratuito), 2 elevadores rápidos, acomodação confortável com geladeira grande, forno (sem formas), micro-ondas, fogão cooktop de indução, poucos utensílios (garfos, facas, copos, pratos etc.) mas ok. Tv grande e smart (com apps), ar condicionado split bom, chuveiro tipo ducha (muito bom) e local calmo e seguro. Piscina aberta (não aquecida). Pontos negativos: falta manutenção em algumas coisas no apartamento (principalmente banheiro), algumas luzes queimadas, mas o pior é a limpeza. Precisam melhorar e MUITO a limpeza do apartamento! Outro ponto negativo é que o prédio possui spa e ofurô, mas não sei porquê, a recepcionista/porteira do prédio disse que hóspedes do Charlie não podiam usar a área de spa/ofurô.
