I was never able to check-in at the property. The system is flawed and there's no one to assist you. Really bad experience!

Muito bom! Tudo muito bem limpo, excelente organização. Apenas deveria ser oferecido mais de uma toalha de banho para cada hóspede, pois apenas 1 para 5 dias é insuficiente. Fora isso tudo ótimo, academia, piscina etc

Bathroom sink clogged, no daily service, communication pretty bad

As soon as get in the room I realized that that tv remote control wasn't working, battery died. I reached out for help and they suggested me to use the batteries from the AC (what?) let alone AC and TV remote do not use the same batteries. The room smelled sewer, all the time, very strong smell. 8 am on Saturday there was working on the floor, waking up everyone on the floor. On Sunday there was an alarming beeping all they long on the floor. Never again. I do not recommend and I am not coming back.

Was looking for a nice place with a Jacuzzi spend a nice evening. First issue was that they don't have a person to call - you just have to talk to a robot in whatsapp and only after 10-15 minutes pattern of answers (in portuguese) you get a live person. Check in starts at 3PM - there was no information about apartment number or room. Only after spending 30 minutes talking to robots I managed to get to a live person and they chatted me the room number and access code. As soon as we got there, we saw that the jacuzzi is barely working and again (30 minutes robot), asked to cancel our reservation and get refunded - to what we were told that it was booked with expedia and not with them directly, so it's non refundable. The room also ended up having no internet connection, and a broken oven and stove (thus impossible to cook dinner). Every single time I had to wait to pass the robot conversation in order to talk to someone, everytime I was basically told that "oh well, the room is there, you have a bed, so why you want to cancel". Ruined evening because of useless service of Charlie and braindead support. In the end, paid for the most expensive room they had and ended up with just a working bed, no jacuzzi, no kitchen, no internet...

I booked two different Charlie stays this month, both in São Paulo. From what I have seen and experienced, all of Charlie’s properties are simply gorgeous, super clean, modern, and well located. Honestly no complaints whatsoever about the property itself, however, I will note two things the business should work on: 1) check ins were very disorganized and complicated. Both times I booked with Charlie, instructions were not sent by check-in time. I had to message them via WhatsApp and wait for a response for me to get the door code which took about 30 mins the first time and the second time they only answered the guy at the building’s front desk, and only answered me a longer while later. 2) I did require some assistance throughout my stay and my questions went unanswered completely.

O prédio é bem legal, novo e bem cuidado, mas a localização achei bem ruim, indispensável uso d carro p/tudo. Agr o barulho da marginal Pinheiros é INSUPORTÁVEL, dia ou noite o barulho é intenso. Se quarto barulhento for problema p/vc… esqueça!!!

Muito bom já me hospedei pela segunda vez esse ano fácil acesso aos melhores pontos de São Paulo quarto confortável limpo cumpre o que promete recomendo e me Hospedarei outra vez.

Nao sei de quem e a culpa se da Hotel.com ou da operadora do flat mas o sistema de acesso ao apartamento e confuso e deveria ser melhor alertado antes da reserva e não apos Se você reservar por app e chegar no meio da noite pode correr o risco de nao entrar O ms apartamentos sao confortáveis mas falta servicos básicos como limpeza e arrumação Nao ter com quem falar presencialmente e um terror Muita tecnologia que nao entrega o que vc precisa Chegar em hotel entrar e descansar

Prédio bem localizado, apto bem equipado e estacionamento muito bom. O mercadinho oferece boas opções para quem quer comodidade. A comunicação somente por chat tem interações muito lentas.

Muito boa, eu já conhecia, mas foi a primeira vez do meu companheiro e ele gostou bastante.

Flat limpo e espaçoso, localização privilegiada e estacionamento incluido. Único meio de comunicação é o whatsapp, que travou e não hou mais resposta. Tive que pedir ajuda para um colega... não foi uma boa experiência

Easy ins and outs of the hotel. A bit noisy and dirty.

El sitio y el apartamento es perfecto, pero el servicio al cliente tiene oportunidades de mejora. Estaba haciendo mucho frío y no fue posible que me dieran otra cobija. No hay un sitio donde guardar el equipaje si debes salir temprano del apto. La nevera no funciona a solo el congelador y como no lo sabía compré cosas que después no pude guardar.

O apartamento é muito bom e confortável, estava limpo e adequadamente equipado. Ocorre que a internet não estava funcionando, fato que prejudicou sensivelmente a experiência. A estadia iniciou-se numa quinta-feira e terminou num domingo. Entrei em contato com a Charlie para relatar o problema da internet logo que fiz o check-in, fui bem atendido, mas a internet retornou apenas quando estava fazendo check-out. Contava com a internet para fazer uma reunião de trabalho, que acabou sendo realizada através do 5G do meu celular. No mais, sugiro que os saca-rolhas sejam substituídos, pois ambos estavam sem condições adequadas de uso.
