CHARLIE is an OK service, they don't answer phone calls. I had two emergencies and they took days to fix AC and move apartments. They need a better service.

Expedia says it's a hotel, but it's not! I felt cheated! For a long stay it's not worth it because you don't get room service, that is, there's no towel change, cleaning or replacement of toiletries. And if you have a problem, you don't get face-to-face service, the building staff are completely unbiased and most of them are rude. I spent an entire (very hot) night without air conditioning and they gave me 48 hours to fix it, and they only moved me to a different room because I said I was going to cancel my 14-day stay. I recommend it , maybe, for one or two nights, but not longer than that.

best value in the area. Got a brand new one-bedroom for less than I would spend in an average hotel room.

The apartments were nice but unfortunately their listing on Expedia.com is messed up. Stayed several weeks but were forced to move because the listing and pics made me rebook the wrong room. Very disturbing that I couldn’t just stay where I was. They were not very nice about this either. I won’t be back.

This property forced us to change rooms insisting that despite me using the same link and photos on Expedia.com that they could not extend our stay. Had to pack up and move to another room. They need to fix their Expedia pages. It took nearly two hours on WhatsApp with them to get access to the new room to not be out on the street.

Muito pequeno, tinha que entrar de frente e sair e costas. Um fedor absurdo, provavelmente encanamento. Um frio e o ar condicionado não funciona. péssima esperiencia.

Ligar novinho...bem organizado e limpo...uma delícia

Não é a primeira vez que fico no Charlie, mas dessa vez achei que deixou um pouco a desejar.

O prédio fica muito bem localizado, a uma pequena caminhada do metrô. Tinha tudo que eu precisava. Como está em uma avenida movimentada, pode ser um pouco barulhento, mas achei que as portas vedavam boa parte do barulho.

Muito bom Ambiente lindo, super bem decorado. Conta com o básico para uma estadia confortável Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado

Ótimo flat próximo ao metrô Butantã. Cama confortável, cozinha com itens básicos Piscina no roof top muito agradável Limpeza geral poderia ser melhor

Achei tudo impecável!

Faltam alguns detalhes, como por exemplo pano de prato e um escorredor de pratos. Os amenities são bem ruins.

Lugar extremamente novo, limpo e aconchegante. Foi excelente para a finalidade da minha viagem, no caso, sozinha. Achei a acomodação segura.
