I would advise strongly to not book this apartment. The customer service is next to nothing. The apartment is fine but they ask you biometrics and passport to register entry system. During my whole stay there was no internet. I reported it 5 times and there was no resolution. They said it takes 24 hours for them to resolve issues. Considering I was staying 2 nights this was unacceptable. They didn’t offer any alternatives either. Pretty basic amenities, 2 glasses, 2 cups and one nespresso capsule for each day. Felt like a prison. Check out time is 11 which is less than hotels and check in time is 3 pm. It’s much better to book a hotel instead where you can at least leave your luggage in case of early arrival or late flight. Just a management company managing the property so I advise not to book it

The customer service team is HORRIBLE. They seem to be in total disconnect with the front desk staff. Upon arrival at the property, if your name isn’t yet in the system, they will not let you in and will make no efforts to reach out to the “remote” customer service team. There is no phone number to call and the customer service team can only be reached by text message. A complete joke. I spent more than 30 min on a back and forth with them to get my name to finally added to the system to gain entry into the building even though I had provided the documentation hours in advance. The front desk team simply said that it was my responsibility to figure out why my name was in their system. Let that sink in.

They were doing construction on the property at night. I notified them of the noise that was disturbing me along with recordings of hammering and they were asking me to go out in my hallway to try to figure out where it’s coming from. I’m in a high-rise building, how am I supposed to figure that out?

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Easy to communicate with management via Whats app.

Broken toilet seat that was never fixed Bed sheets had stains on them. Nowhere to dispose garbage. Entry key code doesn’t work half the time and must try over and over

I had a booking for several nights. First there was huge problems checking in. Hadnt recieved a door code and reception was clueless regarding checkin. Door code didnt work so got a new room. Smaller and there the AC was not working. Couldnt be fixed so another change of rooms. This time things worked. But door frame kept falling apart. Someone came to fix but he just pushed the door frame back fastened with 1 nail. Asked for more toilet paper and soqp but was told to go buy it ourselves. I think 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 persons 6 nights its a bit little to be honest.

Local muito seguro mas como todos comentam, a comunicação inicial com a recepção eh um pouco delicada, deveria ser algo mais simples já que enviamos antecipadamente documentação e preenchemos cadastros. A internet não funcionou, a pia do banheiro estava com pequeno vazamento e nem fui atrás de falar nada porque a interação no WhatsApp eh com robô e não tem a opção que precisamos. Não tem nada próximo para alimentação ou compras em supermercado.

Todo automatizado. El alojamiento no incluye el estacionamiento. Pero si es posible pagar por día el Parking del edificio, información que no proporcionan en la publicación, pero considero que si es de bastante utilidad y decir cuál es la tarifa. En mi caso fue de 50 R$ (menos de 10 US$ diarios)

Quarto era excelente! Confortável e limpo! Pequena cozinha muito boa ! Minha avaliação só não é boa por conta do check in ter sido as 16 e trinta minutos depois de muita briga no watts e vc não ter onde ficar esperando com malas ! Isso é muito desconfortável! Mas a acomodação é ótima !!

The whole experience was unexpectedly disappointing. Internet is out of services for the whole stay (4 nights). The customer services asked me to contact to other WiFi (in other rooms) but no internet still. Then they mentioned that they would send a technician on the next day but that person never came. The room provides very limited cookwares & appliances - no pans, no kettle, no spatula, no boiling pot. The stove was so poor that it took 10mins+ to boil 250ml of water. Location is okay but you need to be careful about the safety around the area. I tried to spall to the nearest supermarket beside the McDonald’s in 5-min walk. Full of homeless people stayed under a footbridge, blocking the way between the residence and the supermarket. Completely not recommended.

A estadia foi excelente, sugiro apenas alguns reparos no quarto como repintura do banheiro, lixo novo e maçaneta do banheiro reparada. Ademais, o quarto é excelente, cama muito confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso!

Lugar muito bom! Cama confortável! Silencioso! Mas o banheiro é um pouco pequeno e não tem ducha higiênica!! Tem estacionamento no prédio pago 50 reias a diária sistema 24 horas!

O local é muito confortável e o prédio é muito moderno e organizado. A cama é muito confortável e os travesseiros estavam bem limpos e agradáveis. Parece besteira, mas o que fez muita falta foi pano de prato e uma espátula decente na unidade. Achei que iria conseguir cozinhar, mas pela falta de objetos simples assim prejudicou bastante a utilização da cozinha. Da estadia cabe salientar que a vista da unidade é excelente e tomar café da manhã na varanda é bem legal. No quesito comunicação com o proprietário, achei que a comunicação com robô no whatsapp e a dificuldade que possuem de agradar o cliente com o que quer que seja (sem cobrar alguma taxa extra) já dá as boas vindas a São Paulo e como será o tratamento na cidade que não para.

Faltou manta e mesmo pedindo não atendimento, não foi entrega em nenhuma das três noites.

O espaço é excelente, tem metrô bem perto. Tivemos problemas com a internet mas nao prejudicou a estadia. Eu ficaria lá novamente sem sombra de duvidas.
