Foi preciso trocarmos de quarto 2 vezes, o primeiro quartao estava com os moveis quebrados, guarda roupa com a madeira estufada e descascando, o segundo quarto nao tinha luz no teto, a iluminação era apenas as luminárias da cabeceira da cama, alem do ar condicionado não funcionar, o terceiro quarto tinha colchões pessimos, moles e deformados mas permanecemos nesse quarto ja que seriam apenas 2 noites, além disso os elevadores (apenas 2) extremamente lentos.

Nao gostei do atendimento. Éramos três pessoas da mesma família, avisamos antes para nos colocar no mesmo andar, mas nao o fizeram. Os quartos standard sao minusculos, instalações bem antigas. O cafe da manha eh caotico, muito cheio sem nenhum cuidado com o COVID. Tem frigobar no quarto mas vc precisa ir até a recepção para comprar uma garrafinha de agua. Os lençóis sao super simples, nao tem nem colcha. O local também nao tem opção de restaurante e o do proprio hotel estava fechado.

The room was small with no hot water. I was shocked. Never experienced a large hotel with no hot water in the shower. I understand that I was on a Northern beach city in Brazil with a constant 70 degree temperature, but still it was a bit chilly in the morning.
