They really need a renovation. The rooms are very outdated and not very clean as well. As soon as you walk in you can smell the mold. As far as the staff no complaints at all.

I lost R50 it fell off my pocket. I traced back my steps and asked a waiter at the restaurant if anyone found it. He responded - I found it by that table and turned in to the manager. I had to insist that he accept R20 as a thanks.

It's a nice hotel, 100 metres from the beach and 2 little blocks from a 24 hour grocery store. Clean rooms, very courteous staff. Spoke or understood Spanish and English, possibly more.
Breakfast was a variety of Brazialian foods with fresh fruits, Brazil coffee with hot milk and more. Nice quiet location that is near the pools, a part that has natural pools at the beach.

A estadia foi boa, os funcionários e a localização são os pontos altos, fui muito bem atendido desde a entrada pelo pessoal da recepção, pelos funcionários do café e pelos funcionários da limpeza e manutenção, e o hotel fica a menos de 100 metros da praia. O café da manhã é muito bom e completo, com bastante variedade de coisas. O ar condicionado do quarto é extremamente silencioso.
O ponto baixo é a manutenção da estrutura do hotel no geral. O banheiro do quarto estava com o box de vidro de correr deteriorado e emperrava, a janela do banheiro também estava quebrada só ficava aberta, o chuveiro estava entupido e ficava como se fosse uma bica d’água. O trânsito nos dois elevadores também foi um pouco ruim devido a serem só dois, um grande e outro de serviço bem pequeno.
No geral a estadia foi boa, atendeu as necessidades mas precisaria de uma reforma.

Intensa e reconfortante esta segunda estadia neste hotel. Deram-nos um Up Grade gratis qusndo souberam que estávamos a comemorar o nosso aniversário de casamento. Foi tudo perfeito e, ainda, com uma surpresa na suite!

O hotel está um pouco velho, algumas partes do banheiro e do quarto estavam descascadas. O cheiro de mofo típico das áreas do litoral era intenso nos quartos. A cama e os travesseiros eram desconfortáveis. O atendimento na recepção foi excelente, os atendentes muito simpáticos e ágeis.

O atendimento foi muito bom, porém as instalações deixam muito a desejar no quesito limpeza e conforto. As camas não são confortáveis, nao havia penduradores para roupa no quarto e a questao da limpeza do ambinete como um todo sao bem deficientes.
